I’ve had an excellent experience with…

I’ve had an excellent experience with Huma Air. Even though my issue was with a pcp airgun, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their approach was highly professional, with strong technical expertise throughout the process. The technician was extremely skilled and professional. I can highly recommend their services to anyone.

Great product

Great product. A must have tool for any airgunner. The order process was simple and efficient. Delivery took a couple of weeks but most of that was taken up in the UK customs process and that's entirely down to Brexit. I thoroughly recommend LMBR and Huma-Air.

To all at Huma-Air, thank you very much for yourregulator I ordered, it arrived Monday.
An excellent reg and very consisent, Fitted it this morning with no problems,
I put 20 or so pellets thro' the gun to bed the reg in, I then did a 10 pellet string and got: 733fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps, 731fps and 731fps,
Well done Huma for an excellent reg

Came good in the end!

After an initial problem when I received the wrong item and having a bit of trouble getting the correct item shipped, I'm happy with the my purchase from huma air as they corrected the error and reimbursed my shipping charges. It was a bit of a lengthy wait due to the slow shipping method used though.

A great company to work with/buy from.
Precision engineered products, expertly designed,
with the buyer/user at the forefront.
I will certainly be back for more.
I was recommended Huma air by a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience

DARIO DE ANGELIS - ORDER 103375.

I am having a terrible experience with this company. I made an order of 2,182.12 euros. After paying they told me that the items were not yet available because they were in customs but that they would ship in 3/4 days, 12 days have passed and they do not even respond to my emails and my messages on whatsapp, impossible to talk to them, I am afraid of having been robbed and without having an answer I will proceed to civil and criminal legal action. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

A very good site.

I am very satisfied with their services, their professionalism and their speed. Only 24 hours to receive my package from the Netherlands to France. Lots of choice and above all, they have stock. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact them. They will respond very quickly. I recommend them with my eyes closed.

Good communication fast delivery easy fitting instructions and tuning information bsa ultra regulator is a perfect fit after tuning all shots at 11.5 ft lb in a 5p group at 35 yards cannot fault the service

No delivery, no tracking!

Ordered some parts nearly 2 weeks ago.
Since then I've received 1 piece of tracking information on the day I ordered.
Since then, nothing, despite asking.
Wish I'd never ordered anything from this company, poor service, if I could give zero stars I would.
Unbelievable.
Regarding the response below.
I've sent you 2 emails and 1 today. No response! I've explained in the email if I don't get an update on the tracking/ delivery by the 20th June this week I'll expect and want a full refund. You seem keen to respond to negative reviews but not so keen in responding to actual customer emails.
Shocking.

I've had an update on the tracking and Huma have emailed me asking me to remove this review.
Absolutely not.
People need to be made aware as much as possible of such a poor delivery service, Huma no it's poor but it's convenient for them shipping stuff in bulk and making you wait and then making out it's your fault because of the shipping you choose.
Never again.
What a shocking company.

Dear Mark,

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. You have chosen DDP shipping service instead of UPS Express shipping what means Huma-Air take care of all customs processes and we will also pay the UK VAT. This shipping service is cheaper, but not that fast as for example UPS shipping. Our containers go trough customs in bulk and not per packet so the clearance takes a bit longer. You emailed us 12-6 and we replied to you the same day explaining the shipping process and the steps in the tracking, (what indicates delivery tomorrow 18-6) what is a transit time of about 10 days. We also offer UPS Express shipping if you need things very quickly.

I hope this clears things for you and i wish you a lot fun with your new items

Delivery should consider express mail…

Delivery should consider express mail parcel or postal service for the smaller parts....the road transportation model to other European countries is very long.
Even Temu/Amazon/Ebay uses express mail or postal delivery!!!

Good with Huma Air

Material arrived at the warehouse which is 20km from the final destination on February 28th. The registration number is missing and the product cannot be delivered by GLS before 5th march.

Fx impact parts

First and last time using huma air .First I had to pay import taxes to receive my order and then huma air only refunded part of what I had to pay and second I purchased parts to fit a fx impact m3 which were clearly advertised to fit a m3 but apparently this is not the case I should of brought parts for a mk2 to put on my m3 this should be put more clearly in your descriptions to save errors on orders
