Unfortunately, I am writing this while feeling extremely disappointed and upset about the experience I had with this clinic. I hope anyone considering dealing with them will think carefully before sending any money.
From the beginning, the communication was long and detailed, and we agreed on the procedure and the price. Based on what was discussed, I transferred the deposit in good faith and with full trust. However, after sending the money, I discovered that the doctor I expected to perform my surgery would not actually be the one doing it, and that another doctor would perform the procedure instead.
Honestly, it felt like the doctor’s name was being used mainly as the face of the clinic, while in reality you may not even know who will actually perform your surgery. This was a huge shock and disappointment for me because this point was extremely important.
When I expressed my concerns and refused to continue under these circumstances, the response I received was very cold and disrespectful: “If you don’t want the surgery, goodbye.” There was no attempt to understand my concerns or explain the situation professionally. To make things worse, they also refused to refund my deposit.
I am not someone who likes to harm people’s business or reputation, and money comes and goes, God will compensate everything. But what truly hurt me was the way their attitude completely changed after receiving the payment, as if trust and honesty no longer mattered.
Surgery is not a simple matter. A person goes into such a step feeling nervous and vulnerable, needing honesty, clarity, and reassurance not surprises after payment and changing stories.
I am sharing my experience honestly so that others can be more careful and not go through the same situation I experienced.

If there is less than one star, I will put it. We did the surgery for my wife with Dr. Hula she damaged my wife two times your mom every day was she have pain she visit her again. They tell her you need to make another surgery. We did what they say. I don’t recommend nobody to do surgery with her. They care about the money only. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

My experience with Hula clinic was amazing. Nicoleta took such good care of me. Everything went smoothly, the pick up from the airport, accomodation and all communication with the doctors.
I am very happy with the result. The service was great, alongside the price/ quality ration as well. The hair transplant operation lasted 8h, with 3 doctors and the operation was a success. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with every experience I had with the hospital, they took me from the airport to the hospital and treated me very well. As for after the surgery the staff took very good care of me and never left me alone. They were there for me the whole time and I even stopped feeling the pain at some point. Overall 5/5 experience and wish them the best.

I speak from experience when I say that the service was great, alongside the price as well. The doctors knew what they were doing and the operation was a success. I managed to achieve the desired weight after 1 year of the surgery and my health improved a lot. The nutritionist was extremely diligent in helping me along the way and cared a lot about the patient. Furthermore, I would like to that that there is serious consideration to visit them again to address further medical concerns in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Was hesitant at first as I was expecting a different doctor but everything turned out okay. Almost a year later I'm almost 40 kg less, feel great and working towards my goal.

After just one year, one of my wife's implants is defective and the Hula Clinic refuses to honor the promised guarantee and instead wants money again for a replacement despite the 10-year guarantee on the implants! Claiming a defect is not plausible and is probably our fault, perhaps caused by a car seat belt? What, aren't the implants suitable for driving? Really bad attempt to cheat your way out of complaints! Absolutely not recommended, we will examine legal options!

Nach nur einem Jahr ist ein Implantat meiner Frau defekt und die Hula Clinic weigert sich die zugesagte Garantie einzulösen sondern will erneut Geld für einen Austausch trotz 10 Jahres Garantie auf die Implantate! Behaupten ein Defekt sei nicht plausibel und wohl selbst verschuldet, vielleicht durch einen Autogurt? Wie bitte, sind die Implantate nicht fürs Autofahren geeignet? Ganz übler Versuch sich um Beanstandungen zu tricksen! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, werden rechtliche Möglichkeiten prüfen!

I have just returned to London after my mummy makeover with Hula Clinic. What an unbelievable experience. Thank yo so much to the team. I wish I could write all their names. But Hulye was incredible. She was like an elder sister checking up on me till last second. I was desperate for a wash she would come and wash my body which is not her job. Neslihan my amazing Romanian sister. She would just come and check on me even though she wasn’t my interpreter or my coordinator and all the comfort I had from both these ladies hugs and cuddles as I was missing my children. Razan and rayan were also so helpful answered everything and checked non stop. I wish I had all the names of the nurses who looked after me because they were incredible, I felt like a little girl and I’m 36! And finally my surgery I’m only 5 days post op and the results after having two small kids that destroyed me is unbelievable. Again I wish someone could share the name of my Surgeon who was a young male. Such a sweet guy, no shaming no complications as I have been to consultations and they make you feel horrible like you look disgusting. He was optimistic and explained it step by step and went beyond what I expected with 360 lipo contour and tummy tuck and breast lift. Thank you Hula Clinic and incredible team please if you read this please give me the names of my nurses and surgeon especially the nurse who looked after me over night on my first day of surgery ❤️ I highly recommend them! All their clients are average clients not influencers that are there to promote so you get the real deal! Love you all Nina from London

This was a great experience with Dr hula and her team, it was very great to meet them just an amazing experience she looked after me and every single day I was in hospital , also after one week when I came back to my country she was in touch with me and asked if everything is good. I'm very happy with everything they did for me. I want to say a special thank you to Dr hula and all her team members for all the support and help throughout this process thank you. They took good care of me To be Honest. its been a10 months since my surgery and been doing good, I reached my goal. I lost 25 kilos and I am in very good health thank you guys! All the best

The staff, nurses, and doctors were really kind and informative. The scheduled monthly check-up with the Diatricianist kept me informed and motivated to stay healthy. I lost around 35kg and I am grateful for their expertise.
