Horrible communication. Not available on any phone number. Very slow to reply to emails.
When they came back to me, they mentioned item will be posted the same day. Received a GLS tracking number, but GLS had not received the item from warehouse until two days later. In fact, I found out as I received an email from GLS, that item was not processed and would not be delivered. Did not answer my email the next day as why this happened and no update was provided at all.
Had to actually push to refund a cancelled item, at first my question about refund was not answered. I did manage to get a refund, but I had to push a lot.
