Has anyone got hold of the Chris person who apparently works there ? Because that person only answered my email once and I’ve continued to email and nothing

Scammed like everyone else. Its been almost a year and now the website is shut down and I get a bounce back from their support email. I can't even dispute the charge on my CC because its been so long.

Lol like everyone I too was scammed. I don't know how anybody hasnt shut this down alteady

SCAM!!! been waiting for my order since 4 months now. They donot respond to calls and emails are always automatically replied with same thing repeatedly. Absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a pink desktop water dispenser for my wife on May 27,2021 it is now August 17, 2021 I have yet to receive anything. These people are one of the reasons I don’t purchase things online now when I go to try the website it’s no longer available. Smh

I work in shipping and distribution, AND handle Shopify. Internationally shipping is tricky, especially these days, but my order (over 3 months later) is still marked as unfulfilled and hasn’t shipped. I keep receiving automated responses from “Chris.” I get that things are weird right now because of covid, but an actual response would be nice. And a refund. Their response doesn’t make sense and doesn’t even apply to my shipment. Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered something from them in May, did not receive it within the timeframe outlined on their website, followed up with the merchant multiple times, and just received an automated reply that was the same each time. It is now August and my order is marked as delivered despite not receiving anything from them. Do not order from this company, it's a poorly managed dropshipping company run by people with no backbone.

never got an real answer for return or new product.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute scam! Ordered in April and it’s now August and it hasn’t arrived but website says it has... emails just come back automated and saying it’s on the way and he phone always goes to voicemail. Absolute BS. SHUT IT DOWN!

Hugandrose is an absolute scam. Why is this website not shut down yet?! Do not waste your money. Works with instagram account fuckboyproblem.s to scam consumers out of their money for products that either don't exist or are never sent. Disgraceful.

Order Pure instinct and recieved a blady essential oil, I didn't pay £11 for a blady tiny bottle of essential oil.

Fake company, total scammers. Placed an order for a bath bomb months ago and tracking said it's been delivered. Tried to email them numerous times but all you get is an automated response from 'Chris' the same as I've read in reviews for the site hugsandroses so their obviously the same scammers. Save your money and AVOID

I wish I could rate this company 0 stars, it feels like I’m giving them way too much credit for even one star This can not be a real company. I placed an order two months ago and have been given the run around the entire time. The first time I reached out I simply got no reply. I wanted a few weeks and emailed “customer support” again. The response was vague and said my order would “arrive eventually”. Well two whole months have passed and I emailed them yet again after my order went from floating somewhere in China mail to now it magically saying delivered. I check my mail every day. Absolutely nothing has been delivered. I emailed them again and got a reply within literally one minute of my email. The email said the same exact thing word by word from the last response I got. So now I know it’s an auto generated email. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank for this fraud company. Do yourself a favor and stay far and clear.
