**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY**
I ordered two sweaters and they were NOT what was shown on their website. They offered me a 20% refund for two horrific "sweaters". One is a garment with a "photo image" of a sweater on it and the other one is garish. They told me I will have to ship it back to China in order to get a refund and pay for the shipping to get a full refund or just accept the 20% refund. Do not get stuck in this trap!

I received a top after waiting an extended period of time that is poor quality, made in China and nothing like the picture on their website. They have made it extremely difficult to return requiring pictures of the item and nonexistent label. They are obviously hoping that by making a return so difficult, I will just give up and keep this overpriced and pathetic item. Don’t bother purchasing anything from this company.

The return policy for this store indicates as long as the items still had tags, a full refund would be available. Upon request to return low quality items, the store indicated I would have to ship the items back to the distributor oversees at my cost, or agree to receiving a 10% only refund.

Horrible place! Clothes are poor in quality. Customer service SUCKS BEWARE! It cost $80 to return to China for 3 junk dresses and a shoddy blouse. Beware STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

This is a horrible company to deal with. I ordered 2 items 6/4/25. Website says they have fast shipping (within 6-10days). It was weeks before I received a tracking number which for over a week was "prepared for shipping". Finally, with no meaningful correspondence, I disputed the charge on 6/30. My items finally showed up on 7/19. Notwithstanding that the quality was nothing like the pictures and sizing was way off, I contacted them for the 12+ time to let them know (prior to receiving the items) that I previously disputed the charge as it had taken over 40 days to receive my items and they were no longer useful. After receiving my package, I asked how they would like them back. At one point, they wrote an email indicating they would send me a Prepaid Return Label or I could donate the items. Further correspondence, said I must ship back to China at my expense. No one there knows what the other is doing. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with their incompetence. I usually just try to resolve things and move on because I have no interest in interfering with their business. Clearly this is not a one off situation and if I can dissuade another customer from wasting their time, then it's worth it.

I would give a 0 if it was available! This company is the worst! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You are throwing money away! Ordered three shirts, came from China and took forever to get here and says, returns are accepted within 30 day is orderED! That means it had already been 15 days and came from China! Had to be returned to China and the quality SUCKED! It was nothing like the shirts I ordered! They had me take pictures of the shirts and kept delaying the return! Counted this as money waisted! DO NOT ORDER, you will go through Hell!! Wish I had found these reviews before ordering!

Do not purchase from this company! What a scam. I ordered a blouse which took over 30 days to receive. The quality was horrible and nothing like I thought I ordered. Their website says you can return within 30 days, but then they told me I have to return to their warehouse in China which would cost a lot, although the return label on my package was from Illinois. I would advise not to purchase anything from this company.

I ordered $288 in clothes. I waited 30 days to receive them even though I was told it would be 7-14 days. The clothes were shipped from Atlanta, GA.
The clothing was junk. No buttons, no zippers, no way to alter, cheap fabric.
I returned the clothes to Atlanta, GA. I did not receive a refund. I requested credit from my credit card company. Because I did not return to China, I still had to pay for the clothes even though I no longer had them. This company is a Sham/Scam operation. BEWARE - you've been warned.

I purchased 3 shirts, their site stated they were a high end knit, the items were poor quality polyester. They were too small by at least 2 sizes. Their site states Ships Within US, this is a lie, my pkg arrived from China. They state they take returns what they don't state on their site is that you have to mail the item to China, which of course is very expensive plus you have No guarantee they will actually refund you money, they have to Approve the return, and if you choose Not to return the item they will refund you 20% of what you paid. This company is a scam! BEWARE!!!

Scam company. Refuses to accept returns except if you send the item back to China. Poor quality clothes and very poor customer service. Don’t buy from this company they are just another scammer.

Off-gassing from these clothes (plastic!) made me physically ill. These items look like the same material that plastic Cheetos bags are made from and similar in color. I reported it on day of arrival and Hudson & Rose replied immediately that they needed me to send photos of the items and they would provide instructions where to mail the items for a full refund. Their website promises a full refund if not 100% satisfied. I sent photos and received no reply. I finally emailed again and stated that I would dispute my credit card charges if they did not provide return instructions. Their email reply was "As per our return policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Since your order was shipped from our distribution center overseas, it must be returned to the same location. However, we understand that international returns can be costly, so we’d like to offer you two options: Return the items to our warehouse overseas– Once received, we will issue a full refund. Keep the items and receive a 10% refund – As a one-time courtesy, we’re happy to offer this partial refund while allowing you to keep the products.”

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a $50 dress from this "American" company and finally received it today. It looks nothing like the dress I ordered and is the cheapest polyester. Do Not Buy From Them!!! I can't even get a refund for under $30 since it is actually from China!!!

The quality of this item is subpar and the customer service you cannot even get in touch with I want to return this item and they will not respond to my emails. If anyone has any idea how to get in touch with their customer service please let me know thank you Cindy cross

The clothing in nothing like it looks in the pictures. More bait and switch crap. Plus returns are over seas and very costly!!

This company misrepresents its products. The blouse I ordered did not look anything like the photo. The material was not the soft breathable fabric as described, but rather cheap polyester. The color of the blouse I received was gray and not green as advertised, and the flower print was a dull and blurred version of the colorful flower print that was pictured. Shipping took over 3 weeks to arrive. I do not recommend purchasing from Hudson and Rose Boutique.

Do not shop here! The top I ordered was thin, too sheer, poorly cut and low quality. I could keep it and get a 10 percent refund, exchange it for another $13 and whatever the difference was in price, or send back to CHINA for more than $30. They do NOT have a money-back guarantee despite what they say. I believe the shop is going out of business, which is a good thing.

Took over a month to receive my dress - not the fabric in the description. To small- when I emailed- I would have to pay to ship to China and then pay 13$ more for one in the proper size! At this rate I may have a dress by next summer. Will never order again.

As others have stated, I ordered "cotton and linen" blouses and got cheap, polyester knock-offs of the pictured blouses.They are nothing like the pictured quality blouses that they show, rather, the material is like a shower curtain. I should have investigated first, but was fooled by the website. And it took 3.5 weeks to get the junk that they shipped to me. I will donate it rather than ship it back to China. There should be a "zero"star rating because that is what this company deserves.
