Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 72 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers expressed deep frustration because their credit cards were charged immediately upon purchase, yet orders faced massive delivery delays lasting several months without proper tracking information or helpful notifications. Furthermore, consumers repeatedly noted that customer service was completely unresponsive, unhelpful, and very difficult to reach when trying to obtain updates regarding their severely delayed purchases. Some people were satisfied with the delicious flavors and neat packaging once the items finally arrived at their doors. Reviewers also mentioned that despite the excessive wait times, shipments eventually arrived in good condition and secure containers.

I placed my order March 1st

I placed my order March 1st, today is May 5th, and I still have yet to have my order upgraded to shipped. They do not respond to emails, all you get an automatic response saying they check them at the end of day. I have checked my order # and it still shows no progress from when I placed the order, 45 business days ago, which is 25 business days passed the 20 day turn around they state on their website.

We understand your frustration and recognize that your order has taken longer than expected. Your order was placed on March 1st, and while we do provide estimated turnaround times on our website, those are estimates and can extend during periods of high production volume.

Regarding communication, our email system does send automatic confirmations so customers know their message was received, but that does not mean inquiries are ignored. We do review and respond to customer emails, though response times may be delayed during busy periods.

Order status pages also do not always reflect internal production progress in real time, which is why an order may appear unchanged while still actively moving through production.

That said, we understand that the overall experience has not met expectations, and we are actively working to improve turnaround times and communication consistency.

If you would like an immediate status update, resolution, or refund, please contact us directly at 724-747-7855 and we will make sure your order is addressed promptly.

Ordered first part of February 2025

Ordered first part of February 2025, tomorrow will be three months! Initially I was understanding as it related to a serious family health issue. Currently I have received several e-mails given various dates my order will ship. I doubt the validity of any projected dates. If any were accurate, I most likely would have received my order. No point in calling, as after reading the complaints regarding the unfriendly and rude customer service, I simply asked for my money to be refunded. It is doubtful I will even see those funds credited. Don't promise delivery dates if you can't deliver, I am not happy!

We want to clarify a few key points for accuracy. Your order was placed in March, not February. That said, we recognize the delay exceeded expectations, and we understand your frustration.

Regarding your refund—your order has already been fully refunded. If you have not yet seen the funds, please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

While we did communicate that timelines could shift due to production circumstances, we acknowledge that the changing estimates were frustrating and did not meet the standard we aim for.

We also want to address your comment about customer service. We take that seriously. At the same time, we stand behind our team and the way we communicate with customers. We work to be responsive, respectful, and transparent, especially during high-volume periods.

We do not ignore customers or withhold refunds—when a request is made, it is handled. In your case, that has already been completed.

If you have any further questions, you’re welcome to reach out directly.

I am so pleased with the honey pack…

I am so pleased with the honey pack sampler I ordered from this company. It did take a long time to receive my order, but they sent emails from time to time and also had explained it takes time to make the honey once an order is placed.
Each sample came in it's own tiny honey bear bottle. All was packaged beautifully. And as for the product itself, the flavors are outstanding. I will order from them again.

Thank you—we really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

We’re glad you enjoyed the sampler and the flavors. That’s exactly what we aim for with every batch, and it means a lot to hear it hit the mark.

We also appreciate your patience with the timing. As you mentioned, our honey is made in small batches and bottled to order, which can take a bit longer—but it’s how we make sure everything arrives fresh and at its best.

Thanks again for your support—we’re looking forward to your next order.

Waiting, still waiting and not happy about it

Ordered 4-5-26 the ad said up to 3 weeks. Later reading other ads said maybe 30-40 days. Emailed twice received no response. Don't order unless you are prepared to wait while maybe getting your product. Update, I have emailed again, phoned the customer help line again (got the auto phone business hours again) and searched through my spam folder No response! 6-9-26, just checked for any response 6-16, nothing in my emails, spam filter and I just called the customer service number to get the auto-response business hours. NOT HAPPY!

Your order was placed on April 5, 2026, and while we do communicate estimated timelines, these are not guarantees. Our products are made in small batches and bottled to order, which can extend processing times depending on demand.

That said, you should not feel left without communication. We do respond to customer emails, and if you did not receive a reply, it’s possible our response did not reach you or was filtered. We’re happy to review that directly.

We also want to be clear—customers do receive their orders or a resolution. We do not leave orders unfulfilled.

If you would like a current status update, fulfillment timeline, or a refund, please contact us directly at 724-747-7855 and we will take care of this promptly.

Ordered on February 3rd

Ordered on February 3rd I've contacted them several times. They keep trying to change my order date. But my bank statement shows when they took my money. This place seems to be a big scam. Buyer beware.

We take claims like this seriously and want to address it directly.

Your order date is not something we “change.” It is recorded automatically at the time of purchase in our system and matches the transaction timestamp from your payment provider. Your bank statement reflects when the payment was processed, which aligns with the order record—not something that can be altered on our end.

We also want to be very clear: we are a legitimate business that fulfills orders or issues refunds when requested. Suggesting otherwise is simply not accurate.

That said, we understand your frustration with the delay and the experience you’ve had trying to get updates. That’s something we are actively improving.

If your order is still open, we are happy to provide a current status or complete a refund immediately—whichever you prefer. Please contact us directly at [your email] so we can resolve this properly.

Avoid Huckle Bee Farms

I ordered honey on Feb 28th. They advertise that most shipments arrive within 3-4 weeks. I waited a month and nothing arrived. I emailed them several times and got a stock email back saying that they don’t answer emails regarding shipments. I finally got an email with a USPS Tracking number. Well, it has been 6 days now and the Postal Service is STILL waiting for the product from Huckle Bee Farms!
My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from them is…..DON’T!

We understand your frustration and want to address your concerns directly.

Your order, placed on February 28th, did experience a longer processing time than originally estimated. While we aim for a 3–4 week turnaround, these are estimates and can extend due to small-batch production volume.

Regarding email communication—our system does not ignore shipment inquiries. However, during high-volume periods, responses may be delayed, and we also provide updates through automated notifications to keep customers informed.

As for your tracking number, it’s important to clarify that when a label is created, USPS may show “awaiting item” until the package is physically scanned into their system. This does not mean the order is not being prepared or shipped—it simply reflects the timing of their first scan.

We do fulfill orders and stand behind every purchase. That said, we recognize this experience did not meet expectations, and we are actively improving both communication and turnaround times.

A Wonderful Product, BUT Patience is the Key!

Ordered 3 bottles of honey on 2/16/26, which arrived today, 4/21/26, well-packed and in perfect condition via FedEx direct to my door. Be advised that there is a wait of about 2 months as your product is made for you, to your specifications, but be patient, as the superb products are worth the wait! The owner answered my queries and kept in touch. Makes a beautiful gift.

We’re glad everything arrived safely and that you enjoyed the honey. That’s exactly what we aim for with every order.

We also truly appreciate your patience. As you mentioned, each batch is made and bottled to order, which can take time, but it’s how we ensure the quality, freshness, and flavor we’re known for.

It means a lot to hear that the communication and final product made it worthwhile—and we’re especially glad you see it as a gift-worthy experience.

Thanks again for your support.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, really rude! I ordered 43.00 in honey and teas in Febuary. I ordered for Easter baskets, their website said 2 weeks to a month for your shipment. It has been almost two months. I wrote to customer service, they were rude. Dont bother with them. The honey is not worth the hassle!

Excuses but no honey.

After spending hundreds of dollars over the last couple years the customer service is a complete failure. The site said 15 days like normal. Now it's saying 30 days for new orders. They are running wedding ads and my order hasn't been shipped even though it's been over 40 days.

FRAUD/SCAM ALERT

FRAUD/SCAM ALERT! This company charges your credit card on the day you place an order, takes your money and never sends you what you ordered. I placed an order February 12th and was informed that my order would ship within a few days to two weeks. After two weeks, I sent them numerous emails with absolutely no response. I called and was informed that my order was still being processed and should ship soon. After waiting over a month (and sending numerous emails again with no response), I called again and was told that I will receive an email the following week with tracking information for my shipment. Well, that never happened. I waited another week and spoke with the most rude and unprofessional representative who started hollering at me about how they are a small company, only have 3 employees and they are backed up. She is probably the same person who all the other customers spoke with who also had a problem with being charged and never receiving their order. Well, that’s not a ME problem, that’s YOUR problem. She was so rude, I had to disconnect the phone call and immediately contact my credit card to report the transaction and get my money back. There are plenty of other companies who make similar, delicious products with amazing customer service that delivers within days. Ironically, they should know that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. BUYER BEWARE!

We take claims like this very seriously and want to address them directly.

We are not a scam, and we do not take payments without fulfilling orders or providing refunds. Charging at the time of purchase is standard for made-to-order products, including ours.

Your order, placed on February 12th, did experience a delay beyond our typical estimated timeframe. While we communicated that orders may take time due to small-batch production, we recognize that your experience did not meet expectations.

Regarding communication, we do respond to customers, but during periods of high volume, response times can be longer than normal. That said, no customer should feel ignored, and we are actively improving this.

We also want to address the claim about our team. We stand behind our staff and do not condone unprofessional behavior. At the same time, we expect conversations to remain respectful on both sides.

Finally, you mentioned disputing the charge. If a refund has been issued through your credit card provider, then the matter has already been resolved financially.

We are a small business focused on producing quality products, and we fulfill thousands of orders successfully. This situation is not representative of our standards, but we are continuing to improve both communication and turnaround times.

I had them come across my social media…

I had them come across my social media feed and ordered a tropical bundle on 2/12/26. I kept getting emails from them exclaiming how they hope I'm enjoying my honey and here's a recipe for you......and I started to think this was a scam since I had not yet received the honey. I FINALLY got a tracking number and my honey FINALLY arrived today 3/25/26, just a day shy of SIX WEEKS after my order.

When I got the notification that it had been delivered I was excited to try some, but the box was damaged and product very poorly packaged, a lid broken from one of the bottle and honey all over the inside of the bag. I took a look at the refund policy on the website and it states "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange."

Nowhere to leave reviews on their web page or social media....but I was already disappointed that it took so long and now I'm just pissed. I'm going to just throw the whole package in the garbage and write this off as a waste of my money and energy and hope others will not fall for this crap.

Buyer beware - expect a long delay and no communication

Ordered on Feb 16th with knowledge that it takes 20 days for the flavor process. Was hoping it would be delivered by a month for a birthday present. Its now past a month and minimal communication and no order shipped. Went to Plan B for the present which I'm actually happier with. I prefer to support small family companies but struggle supporting when the customer service is nonexistent. Buyer beware. Its been 6 weeks, no order, website says its shipping "soon" but has been that way for 2 weeks. I'll give it 2 more weeks and if no product will dispute charge on credit card.
