I had the most terrible service ever. I ordered a product and i waited for it 1 month. I tried to contact the customer support several times but they were not helpful. After 1 month when i called them several times and emailed them they told me that the item was lost. I did not get back my money or the product .

Absolutely lying all the time, and always is the same "scenario".
You can talk only with call center, and they will never transfer you to someone above them, and basically, you just pay for NOTHING!

I bought a phone in July 2021. The salesman suggested me to subscribe to a inscurance whose the 1st month was free. After 3 weeks i cancelled it. They confirmed it on the phone
I now realise that they charge me every month 50€. The last 6 months they charged me 100€
Totally crazy, the support on the phone was unable to follow my request. I sent an email.
