I actually love their design however...
I have been in contact with Sandra who has done an amazing job to help with my order. She has helped me greatly by contacting the store that sold the lamps.
She has been kind, informative and polite throughout the entire exchange. Truly shows that Hübsch has GREAT customer service and really wants their products to be of good quality. Therefore, I am changing my review. The lamps WERE poor, but they helped fix and issue for me - even though I purchased the lamps somewhere else.
Now I just need to get an email or phone call from the store, I bought the lamps from.
Old review:
I actually love their design however, the quality is really bad! I purchased two serene Pendel and I've never seen a lamp put together that badly.
We had to fix it ourselves.

I don’t recommend
I don’t recommend. I purchased the Koohi side table from Hubsch and I am disappointed with it - there are small scratches on a side, few screws couldn’t be fully or at all screwed, one side of the base is loose (it isn’t glued well, so it’s moving). Product box came better protected than the product itself. Overall disappointing. Only good thing is that delivery was fast.

Damaged and poor quality
I ordered a shelf and it arrived completely damaged and broken. I couldn’t believe it as it was expensive. Ikea is way better quality. I will see what customer service has to say.
I can’t seem to add pictures to this review but the screws are poking through the wood, the glue is exposed, there are cracks and parts are dirty. Shocking.

Complicated shipping with UPS & damage marks on the item
The shipping with UPS was complicated as the item wasn't delivered to our home and we had to pick it up from the package shop and it almost got lost in the package shop.
Once we opened the item we saw a lot of small damage marks on the item

17 Euro to get the package delivered and broken mirrow
17 Euro to get the package delivered to my home is way too much. So I had to pick it up at a UPS pick up point. I ordered a mirror which was broken when I opened the package. I absolutely like the brand and always bought they furniture at Connox and will do it again because so far it was a unsatisfied experience with Hübsch directly.
BUT: The issue was solved very professionally by the customer services and we found a very good solution. Thank you very much!

Almost got killed by their clock.
Purchased the clock from another store but it is their brand, made by them, so does it really matter where we purchased it from? The mechanism itself is very illogical and unsafe. Heavy stone clock is held on a little square attached to the clock itself via glue. The square is the one you hang on the wall. So the heavy clock relies on the glue. After three years the glue did not hold up, the clock fell. If someone was under it at that moment, they would definitely die or get a severe injury.
Everyone I showed the clock to were genuinely amazed by the mechanism and how poorly it was designed from that perspective for such heavy item.
Unsafe. Did not accept responsibility saying I should turn to the store I bought it from even though the issue is not about that but about a flawed product they created that is dangerous.
So much for safety standards in Europe. Worse than Russia.

The frame I ordered came in time. The quality could be better, the wood is lightly damaged at some spots and not all of the clips work correctly, but for the price it‘s ok.
