Very Bad support from Manufacturing

The support from hubs PM is useless, communication its always late, time zone affect a lot.

Good Digital Manufacturing Platform

I like the HUBS interface to order (reorder) and configure the specifications. Options on lead-time and costs are very helpful.

Lead time. Part quality

Ok, it's not inexpensive, but the machining was very good, including down to 2mm threads on some very small and intricate parts.

Parts came in to spec and early

2nd order and despite the packaged being man handled during shipping it was packaged well and thankfully did not sustain any damage to the product

1) After I had made the order onling, a friendly guy called me to sheck out if I needed more help.
2) I got the wrong parts
3) 3 days later I got the right parts, but they were painted black and not printed in a black material as I had ordered.

Excellent service. The cnc parts came out great.

I requested a quote for 12 small simple parts to be lazer cut out of 2mm steel. Proto labs wanted over £20 per piece! A local firm charged me £35 for all 12 pieces

The product was manufactured and dispatched two weeks earlier than estimated and was delivered promptly. The quality of the finish on the parts was exceptional!

Timing and overall quality were excellent. Some features were out-of-round signficantly, but we are seeing if they truly matter to our process. Probably not a huge issue though. Good overall. A to A-.

I have used the online process numerous times and was very happy with the response, product, and customer service. My business is now growing so I tried to use customer service directly, but they inflated the cost of the part by over $2/per over the online quote. I tried to order via the online quote and they cancelled my order. I do not recommend purchasing through their reps. To add, they still charged my account.

In response to their reply. I placed two orders in 2024, both with less quantity, and both were cheaper than the price they quoted me for greater quantity, one still $2/per cheaper.

Very simple quotation and ordering process. We received a great price and lead time. The CNC parts turned up on time, to spec and looking great.

I don't know which order I am reviewing, because I order a lot. Sometimes weekly. But everything has come out great so far for the price paid. I have tried quick parts, Sybridge (Fast Radius) and local shops and this is the cheapest one yet. I only use the CNC and sheet metal service. And there are a lot of options to choose from for surface finish etc. and they contact you when they have design suggestions, which is great.

Great to work with from the start and through the process until the end when they were delivered. great pricing. they have many options to choose from on material and or time to get things done.

good quality parts, but waaaaaay too much overpackaging. It's so so the amount of plastic and garbage that gets delivered with the parts.
also, Late delivery
