The booking confirmation provided an address which was closed because of fresh paint, and there was no communication to inform of this and to provide the alternate entry.

Spent a good 15 minutes getting lost with google maps.

Check in extremely slow, my booking didn't even appear according to the front desk, showing how unreliable this service is.

The worst part, the wifi, speeds didn't exceed 95mbps with 7 ping (a simple online speed test comfirmed this). Which for a £30/ day space is not acceptable.

Would not recommend, the main problem is the wifi which is the whole reason to book these spaces. Not a reliable nor a strong wifi.

Hubble has been a great way of finding office spaces for team meetings and such - great variety of options and it's super simple booking through Hubble. What's particularly great is Hubble's customer support! These days it's unusual to get such quick support who are always able to help solve my problem!

Had to do a lot less reviewing of office space myself, the requirements we had were taken and a shortlist provided from which we down selected a few options which then had viewings arranged for. We then had help negotiating the rent for our chosen space, and all that communication was handled so we just had to sign the agreement. Very efficient

Every interaction I've had with Hubble has been positive. If there's a problem, they fix it - but there's rarely a problem, and the premises they work with are consistently great.

Ease of website was superb. Meant I could see rough costs, all the essential information from the off and also pencil in appointments, even though I was doing initial research at the weekend. Then Max, my appointed advisor was brilliant. Really responsive, available on the phone whenever I needed, sorted everything out and we managed to find a new office space within a fortnight. Cannot fault them - made the whole process really slick. Definitely recommend!

We recently closed a number of our offices and switched to Hubble pass. It's been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend their service. They have literally thought about everything to ensure they can accommodate every need from a single user all the way to an enterprise company that requires cost centre planning, financial tracking and accounting data. We have a large team geographically spread across the United Kingdom, so to be able to provide them with easy bookable options for desks and meeting rooms for team and project collaborations has been a real game changer for us. We have received so much positive feedback around ease of use and quality of the locations offered. We have made some significant cost savings whilst also reducing our carbon footprint by closing some locations and reducing lengthy commutes to our main HQ for every in person need. It's a win win!

We've been with HubbleHQ as a business customer for 3 months, having been with a direct competitor previously. They've been a pleasure to work with - responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. They set themselves apart by prioritising customer experience.

A great example is that they recently proactively contacted us to see if the TfL strikes would affect a future booking, and offered to cancel so we wouldn't waste our credits. We hadn't even thought about it, and would likely have lost money on a booking we didn't need. HubbleHQ prioritised our experience as a customer over the few hundred pounds they'd make on the booking (ultimately we'll spend the credits at a later date but they got major brownie points for being so proactive).

It's sometimes the little things but we really appreciate them taking the time and we'll stick with them as a supplier for this and all the other little examples of great customer service.
