Do not use this. Billed for Weekly subscription and from the moment the drama finished streaming, I could no longer access site. Could not login to cancel subscription, attempted chat on website and was ghosted the moment disclosed issue. Also there is no US nor toll free way to access by phone. There is no identifiable app even though it's stated it is. Billing is also under unrelated company. I believe this is a fraudulent link pushed to Social Media sites to scam customers.

If I could give this site a negative ten I would even thought I've canceled it 3 times and one team member said they had canceled it they keep taking the money out of my account I did to look in where they can be held accountable ive tried stopping it with my bank they said it has to be stopped within this site🤨

I never purchased from this site yet i got charged from it. I only saw it passed on my facebook page and what i get charged already? Im pissed off as I could not find it anywhere at all. Been trying to find out how to get out of this shit site. Freakin scammers everywhere

Terrible app, I did not subscribe yet they deducted from my acc... There no way to unsubscribe, I probably have let my bank canceled this subscription.

I wish I could give this site minus stars. I’m another one who’s tried to cancel my subscription numerous times and have been unable to do so. They’ve taken a payment despite this. They make it impossible to contact them.

This site makeshift it difficult to cancel subscription. Keeps charging my credit card although I have reached out to cancel my subscription multiple times.

I have emailed them several times to cancel my subscription but no reply. Transactions come out of my bank of different amounts. Weekly from 4 Feb-25 February. There is no phone contact either. So annoying. I have contacted my bank to stop the payments but they have said I need to contact the company. Well helloooo!

Won't allow you to cancel your subscription

I tried canceling several times today and it is not going thru, I am dissatisfied because it pulls you in and unable to select movie to watch. Please cancel my subscription immediately. I tried with the site I signed up but it is not allowing me to cancel. Please respond that this has been dealt with. I am requesting cancellation of my subscription with huashort.

I have not been able to cancel my subscription in any way, their website is not helpful at all. The first drama I watched was very good However, after that I tried watching some other dramas but was not able to find any good ones. Now I have to go through the process of disputing it with my bank! Terrible app!! Do not subscribe!

Never purchase anything from this cdrama short website! My card was automatically charged. I contacted customer support several times to no avail. The cancel subscription button does not even work. It will trick you with the promo code and not send the link of the receipt. The website is also very limited. It does not contain the option to remove your card.
