Great product and embroidery.

I ordered matching embroidered hats for a group trip earlier this year. The embroidery came out just as I had imagined, and everyone was so pleased. HTHughes were very easy to deal with and delivery was quick.

Rude and condescending…

I got in contact with this company wanting something bespoke making for my business. It was going so well, responding quickly and looking quite promising until he found out I wasn’t going to order 1000+ units for my first order even when I asked what the MOQ was which he ignored. I can see why companies don’t want to do small quantities but that gives you no reason to be condescending and rude. Tim basically went on to say this is just a hobby and no manufacturer was going to help me, he also then assumed I had no money for this. He admitted he gets “a lot of dreamers” when all his customers have all started from nothing. What he doesn’t realise is his big customers could quite easily go bust and his small customers could become his biggest so he isn’t as clued up as he thinks he is. All in all he had a very narcissistic and condescending attitude so I would be cautious if you are dealing with this company I can imagine he is very manipulative.

Good quality boilersuit

Good quality boilersuit, I'm 5" 8' with a 43 inch chest. The large is perfect apart from the leg length.. will need to lop 6" off the bottom. Very happy with purchase though.

It's a pleasure to be the first person…

It's a pleasure to be the first person to review this unscrupulous company.

I've had no contact with them and they, out of nowhere, decide to spam me to buy their facemasks.

This is what happens when you spam people.
