Just received my first pre-order figure from them today, a Rocket Toys Hinata. It was very well packaged and took just over a week to get to me. Got a email before it shipped asking for an address confirmation. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy! Was nervous about trying a new shop but no regrets here! I have a few more pre ordered figures and I’m excited to get them :)!

They have yet to disappoint me. As a collector, I love how they package your purchases, so that it won't be damaged so easily during shipping.

Very easy to work with but wish they would communicate updates a little more often about orders.

I received my figure after around 2 weeks of shipping. She arrived with corner protectors, which was awesome, but the box still sustained some bend here and there. I'm not sure if that is of fault of the company or the manufacturers. However I was very pleased to find a figure that was hard to find elsewhere, she even came with her pre-order bonuses. I couldn't be happier to have placed an order on this site

This company let me order an item & then sent me an email saying that the item cost $15 more. And after this they cancelled my order saying the item wasn’t in stock. I had to order another item altogether.

Really reliable and precise shop. I purchased two expensive products and they shipped them of their own accord in two separate well-protected boxes. This way the action figures arrived in perfect condition. They have products that can't be found elsewhere. I recommend it.

I was genuinely shocked to find this was a real store and they really shipped the figure and it honestly arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering it’s international shipping. They covered the damn box completely in plastic shipping tape as if to avoid water damage, and even had little plastic corner protectors to keep the figure box from getting smashed in those areas. I’m honestly impressed. I ordered a Myethos figure that was kind of hard to find, and it was the cheapest I’d seen it retail for. Honestly very happy and will likely order from again in the future.

Is it as pretty or as branded as an Amiami order? No. But they do give you good service.

I received the product that I purchased in excellent condition. Super well packed and brand new. After receiving my confirmation and tracking number through email the product arrived in 14 days to Mexico City. It was a quick shipping even though I bought a pre-order product.
