I recently ordered the Remilia Scarlet 1/7 scale by Apex from HsunnyToy, a figure I had missed the pre-order for over a year, which included a pre order bonus I really wanted. I was initially hesitant, but their excellent reviews convinced me to try, and I’m so glad I did!

The order took overall 25 days to be fulfilled, shipping took about 2 weeks and a half (collectors grade) but everything more than made up for it. Customer service was phenomenal: quick, kind, and super helpful. I asked if there was any possibility to get the oil painting bonus, and they ordered it for me immediately 🥹. That’s why my order was slightly delayed, as they had to wait till they received it, but was 100% worth it for the bonus.

Living in France, I worried about taxes, but they reassured me I’d pay little to nothing, and they were right! No extra taxes were collected upon receiving the package.

The figure arrived in perfect condition, with corner protectors on the figure box and tons of bubble wrap, the oil painting bonus was also flawless and unopened.

HsunnyToy is AMAZING. The wait may be long, but the quality, care, and service make it definitely worth it. Thank you HsunnyToy :)

Package arrived about two and a half weeks later than anticipated, during which I have received four (to be fair, automated) mails asking me to rate Hsunnytoy - fairly frustrating to get bugged about it this often while you're still waiting. The long travel time might be due to the fact that it had to be sent to Germany, but I would have hoped that the estimated time of arrival would have accounted for it.

Nevertheless, upon asking the customer support for assistance I received a quick and friendly reply, sending me a parcel tracking link from my local postal service instead of the international tracking. And once the package finally DID arrive I was pleasantly surprised by how well protected the product was, with additional plastic corners to keep the boxes from getting dented.

All in all, the unexpected delay in receiving my order had me on edge for quite a while, but I'm willing to order more stuff now that I'm aware I just need to wait a little longer.

Well packaged for safe shipping and quickly received after purchase despite being overseas.
