Sunny toy response to questions concerning my pre order was very timely. The answers that were provided were very clear, they were not "canned" answers.

Refund was quick at least, but weird to get asked for reviews on a refund and had to search for product elsewhere, so gave 4 stars.

I thought I did this already. Item can undamaged - which I expect with these high priced items. They use these awesome plastic corners to protect in transit. Highly appreciate. I have yet to open the item but I’m not concerned. One thing I noticed was the cool button they include. With order. I’m hopeful they sell them on their website. I believe I have Michelangelo and Raphael buttons but no Leonardo as of yet. I’d buy it to complete. I’m hopeful they get the clear donatello too in future. I would buy again. Thank you

I was a bit apprehensive about buying from them at first since I hadn't bought from these guys before but turned out just fine and my figure arrived safe and sound.

Great packaging and got exactly what I ordered and paid for. Fast shipping. Will definitely order from them again.

I never received my order. I Basically lost $200 because they use a 1 Starr rated shipping company that’s known to loose packages. HSunny also refused to replace the order or work with me in any way. Poor service all around and I’ll never shop here again.

This my 3rd purchase from Hsunnytoy, and have yet to be disappointed. From China to US destination in just a little over a week.

What made this store great is they had a hard to find figure that I've looking for little over a year now and they one, it was a little pricey but I wasn't too bad

Store had exactly what I was looking for despite a small error which was corrected and the help desk was helpful on that aspect

Everything that was described on the website about the figure was accurate. Was delivered with no damage. Only problem I had was that the box had a weird smell to it that was pretty strong and potent. But other than that, I really love the figure.

What was great is that they offered refund or replacement for a sold out figure. The replacement is great.
