I ordered a twin pack of water timers through Amazon which didn't arrive. Rather than get a refund I asked the company to send a replacement pack which they had offered but despite chasing them via the Amazon messaging service to find out whether the pack had been despatched I did not receive a reply. I attempted to call them but the number on their website was not recognised. In the end I obtained a refund from Amazon.

This company failed to deliver my item in the time period presented thus I couldn't use it for the event I had planned.
Then I left a 2 star review because they failed to apologise or even offer a gesture to say sorry. Not good customer service.
Then the insult came! They asked me to remove the review that would allow me to provide them with a better review when they had not resolved my concern. So I did delete this to try and leave a 1 star for their disappointing service. You are not allowed to so I have come to trustpilot. Avoid as they are not a company I will deal with again

A really bad service for this company, I ordered a parasol base by mistake and tried to cancel it with in the first min of ordering it and it refused to let me saying it had been sent out, very very strange as it was only ordered 60 seconds earlier, I then left feedback on line and sent in a email and they came back to me saying take off your feedback or we wont give you any information on when you will get your parasol base and they have taken the money and still days and days later we have nothing, I think this smells of a really doggy company, so be very very carful when spending your money with this lot as it may just be thrown down the drain, if I had read all the other reviews on line before ordering then of course I would not have used this company but My own fault I did not now I have been burnt,

Order a product and similar to other feedback given, the product did not arrive on the date and no tracking number was given. They suggested that issue was with Royal Mail. They claim the products will arrive in the coming days, but after asking still no tracking number. I can't help to think if they are doing this to many people with out delivering the product and not providing refunds that they are still making lots money. That is why people need to be aware before they buy and Amazon should not allow them to operate on their site. I use Amazon a lot and this kind of experience makes me want to shop else where.

Did not deliver on date specified. Still waiting . A promise of another 3 to 5 days. Blamed the courier, whoever that might have been. They did not say.

Ordered Butane Weed Gas Burner Wand Blowtorch Garden Torch Weeds Killer Burner With 8 Gas Refills Canisters and never arrived, when I complained was told courier had let them down. Still not arrived and still no refund. They did however ask me to take review down !! no chance people deserve to know when company's are not sending goods out

Poor company. Returned an item . They say they never received it . No refund. Don't bother with them.

Absolutely apauling company to get through to I cannot get an answer anywhere on a product I have bought but still have not received

This company has an appalling customer service attitude, after ordering a product which they were unable to deliver they insisted that we withdrawer our review to get a refund. After pointing out that this is an illegal practice and under the distance purchasing laws.

There reply which I will publish on all media forums was simply MORON!!!

Pleas ask your self before purchasing any product from them; Is this the type of company I wish to do business with in a modern world?

I will be pursuing this further.

My message to the company is this; remember “Comet” they went bankrupt they also had appalling customer service.

a fraudulent company who take money for orders they know they cannot supply. Avoid at all costs because they will send you abusive messages when you report them to Amazon. Refunds only by demanding one, they keep your money until you lodge a complaint

these people take your money when they know they cannot deliver. Then they send you abusive emails when you give them a 1 star review.
Got my refund weeks later. Then came the abuse!

I ordered from HSUKLTD via OnBuy.com. Despite the listing stating delivery in 3-5 days, it was nearly 3 weeks before it arrived. However what I received was not as ordered but rather a cheap feeling, battery operated version of the USB rechargeable product ordered. The item received was also smaller than advertised so all in all, I won't be using either HSUKLTD, or their alternative name Home Solutions, again.

And when I tried to leave this review of HSUKLTD on the OnBuy.com site, I couldn't as they currently have no products for sale there. However I know they also sell via Amazon and eBay, so will avoid them there as well.
