HSL Chairs - Rotherham Reviews 

It was a wonderful experience and Lynn from the Rotherham branch really looked after me. There is no hard sell like I have found in other shops. I got the chair that fitted me exactly and I am waiting for it to be delivered. The choice of fabrics and colours are vast. I cant wait to be comfortable when sitting. Lynn took her time with me, ensuring I understood everything involved. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. By the end of the appointment I felt a great rapport. She kept my plied with biscuits and tea :-), which was really appreciated. I couldn't have wanted a better experience. Yes HSL are a little more expensive than other off the peg chairs but having tried this type of chair, the difference was enormous. Although it a considered purchase I know it will be well worth the money.

From the moment we arrived to to the moment we left it was an amazing relaxing experience The two ladies who took care of us were helpful knowledgeable informative and pleasant beyond anything I can remember. They made it a very happy shopping afternoon . Lynn and Christine did everything they could to explain all we needed to know about the chairs we were trying, things like the positions and the ways the chairs could be adjusted for the maximum and individual comfort of any particular person. They both really did all they could to help so thank you Lynn an Christine for all you did and sorry for all the the drinks and bikkys a shifted for you [tongue in cheek] Your showroom, product and service are all first class as are you two.

Called in at this branch early Sunday morning beginning of march and the experience of the two ladies one i belive was Christine was 1st class nothing to much trouble,very informative about my requirements (and the coffee and biscuits went down well).
HSL kept me informed well on delivery as well the two gents who delivered the chair(Chris and Terry)who explained things,simple delivery they called 30 minutes before delivery .
Excellent company to deal with 5*****

The staff were first class, couldn't have done more they made the experience flawless, would truly recommend anybody

The service I received both in store and from Alex & Michal who delivered my chair was exemplary.
I’m thrilled with the chair which is comfortable and stylish, easing my aching bones.
Alex and Michal were pleasant and kept me informed on the time they would arrive and explained the workings of the chair clearly.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mum, who is blind.
Throughout the whole process she was treated with the utmost respect and never felt pressured into anything.
Everything was explained to her regarding the time line of the delivery and on the day of the delivery received a call ten minutes before they arrived. The two delivery people were very certious and friendly.

Lynn and her colleagues made us very welcome - service was amazing. The furniture was very impressive and my Mum found exactly the chair that she wanted with so many extras. We thoroughly recommend the furniture and particularly the service that we received at the Rotherham branch.

Visited Rotherham branch and had good sales service from the staff who explained everything very well. No pushy sales assistants and given plenty of time to make our choice. Advice given on fit of chairs and which would suit our needs. Took 6 weeks and three days to make and delivered by Craig and Jed professionally. Pleased with our purchase so far .

Excellent service from Lynne at Rotherham to delivery by Chris and Terry. Could not recommend highly enough for friendly, knowledgeable attention to detail with no pressure to buy.

We visited the Rotherham branch to order another riser recliner chair. 27/12/25. The staff were busy but had time to explain the features and give advice. There was no pressure to place an order that day although I did! The chair has been delivered today [I was unable to accept an earlier delivery] by Chris and Terry. They placed the chair where I wanted it and showed me how it worked. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I cannot recommend HSL to highly for its efficiency and helpful staff

Ian and Paul yesterday 19th Jan delivered our chair. A call 25 mins before gave us an accurate time They
would be arriving They were very professional and pleasant to deal with .
