From start to finish the service has been excellent. Knowing what chair I wanted to buy Sue took me through all the options and ensured that I was aware of other choices. Explained what would happen after I ordered. The information concerning the delivery was excellent with a phone and a text before hand letting me know the date and time. The delivery team (Jack and Martin) called the day before to recheck. They turned up when expected and quickly delivered the chair ensuring I knew all the functions. Th
