Very helpful assistant
Very helpful assistant, friendly and welcoming. We didn’t feel pressured at all and the assistant made sure my husband tried all the different types of seats which were available. Being given coffee to make sure we sat long enough to be certain the seat we were thinking of purchasing was comfortable was a nice touch!

Brilliant experience in store today
Brilliant experience in store today. Anna greeted us at the door, quickly understood what we were looking for, and found the perfect chair for my mum and her needs. We were offered coffee as we chose styles, colours and finishes, we couldn’t have received better service it was excellent and effortless. Both Anna and her colleague went the extra mile and we left with total confidence that in the next 6-8 weeks when the chair is delivered it will be fabulous. The shop was so well presented and clearly time is taken to understand the products, ranges and services and really understand what the customer is looking for. HSL Peterborough the staff are outstanding and a great range of products. Thank you.

Exceptional Service
We visited the Peterborough store looking a buy a chair for our elderly mother and were warmly greeted by Pushpa. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and gave us great advise about design type of chair and style.
She was also incredibly patient as we tried out nearly every chair in the show room!! We then returned the following week with my mother to check the size of chair and confirm our fabric choices.
Our experience was so great that we even ended up buying a sofa and accent chair!!
Totally recommend a visit
Now looking forward for the furniture to turn up…!!

Definitely worth visiting
I was so surprised to enter such a lovely showroom! Staff were so kind and took time to explain different styles etc.No pressure to purchase immediately.
I intended looking at more outlets for a recliner, but didn’t need to after seeing the quality and experiencing the comfort at HSL.

A very non-pressured environment in which to make a decision
The staff welcomed us, enquired what our needs were and then showed us the ranges that suited our needs. They explained each range and what we could purchase. We were able to ask questions and felt under no pressure at all to make a decision as to which range to choose - it was entirely up to us. A stark contrast to other stores we had visited. A very relaxed non-pressured environment in which to make a decision
