Misleading prices
Showed as the cheapest price for forza 6 only to be scammed out of an additional VAT tax. Borderline illegal considering this has to be disclosed in the real price. This is not america, you include the VAT at the time of purchase.

The order has been placed on hold
This is the second time I’ve shopped on this site. My first purchase went smoothly and I was satisfied, but today, for some reason, my order was put on hold, and I was told to wait up to 48 hours for customer support to look into it and now it's asking me to verify my identity and upload photos of my ID and credit card, even though my order was paid for and the money has already been deducted. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous and crazy.

I purchased a retail key for Microsoft…
I purchased a retail key for Microsoft Office pro plus 2024. The listing clearly states that I just had to insert the key and restart Office. However upon doing so I was informed that it was not a retail key bit a volume license key and coould not be used.
I then went backto their listing where they pointed to a drive dowoad for the LTSC version, I oinstaled that again and the key still did not work.
I contacted their support and they told me that I need to select phone activation. I explained to them how they had deceived me and that if I wanted phoen activation, I would have just ordered the cheaper listing.
The reason I dont go the phone activation route is because they always get deactivated down the road and are not reliable.
They have refused to refund me and now Im short 20 usd and no working key. Avoid them at all costs, they are not to be trusted

Beyond ridiculous
Beyond ridiculous. I buy a key that does not work. Why? Because it isn't redeemable on my country. The store page does NOT list that fact. I wrote to the god awful support, which refused to give me back my money or a working key. This website is a complete scam with incompetent support.
BEWARE DO NOT BUY. You will get screwed over.
