They assisted me in reviewing my CV, as well as those of my now-adult children who were entering the job market. Rude and unprofessional
So this company was representing my old employer, all the communication was going through them. After prolonged period of ignoring my email in which I simply asked if they can confirm to which adress my documents have been sent as in previous email they claimed that they will be sent to my email address. Of course I never received them and therefore I decided to make a call to resolve the issue. Important to note, I'm sure I was talking with the manager as my call got forwarded. First conversation didn't last long as soon as I tried to explain why there is the confusion he said that I am not listening and hung up the phone. So I called again and I told him that it is very rude to act that way. Eventually after not saying a single word he told me that documents have been sent to my address and if I have changed the address while being employed it's my fault which is fair point but not the case as the adress had to be up to date because it's been updated every year. After listening to what he was saying I wanted to adres their own contradiction and clarify so that there are no confusion. I wasn't able to even ask the question as he immediately said that I am not listening and ended the call. I actually couldn't believe the way he acted in this situation. It really seemed like his intention was to make it harder for me to solve the crucial part of recieving all the documentation. I don't recall if I have spoken with anyone so unprofessional and rude, this person couldn't simply even listen to my question and address it professionally to resolve the issue.

As for my documentation. I haven't allowed you to disclose such specific and sensitive details on public space, this is very unethical and unprofessional behavior. If you would be genuinely interested to resolve the issue you would have responded to my email or you would have explained in the phone call that instead of email (as it was stated in the email received from you) it's been sent to a my old home adress. But all of that was very unclear as you didn't let me to ask a single question. Only after being called out for your unprofessional actions you seemed to be quick to respond and clarify things in a polite manner. It's very unfortunate considering that you were acting on behalf of my employer and were supposed to assist me with all the inquiries and ensure smooth process.
As for your other team members i really have nothing bad to say. Martyna was very professional and she was pleasant to deal with. Maybe you should take a note from her on how to conduct yourself properly.
I'm not interested in your further assistance as i have resolved all the concerns myself and i have nothing else to say on this matter.

As for your phone conversation with our team member, it is regrettable that it did not meet your expectations. Our team member had to remind you to maintain a respectful and considerate tone during the conversation, as shouting and not actively listening hinder effective communication. Unfortunately I’ve been on the receiving end of this company acting for my employer.
I had to involve an employment solicitor who couldn’t understand their rational in how they were acting. I followed legal advice which worked in my favour however this was the polar opposite to what the HR company advised in emails.
I found edwards mannerisms when discussing matters to be extremely condescending.
I have since found others who have had similar experiences. Not a company I hope to ever deal with again and certainly not one I’d recommend to other businesses.

My employment was not terminated. I resigned on the 16th of May which is 4 months after your input.
I have all of the emails to prove how HR plus conducted themselves and it was far from professional.
You were asked on numerous occasions to provide information which you refused. The full experience was completely unprofessional and whilst that particular director continues to use your services it has been brought to my attention that you continue to treat other ex employees in the same manner. This is a completely accurate review of how your company presented itself to me. A review and opinion I’m entitled to share with others.
In future you should consider how your actions impact on others and how those actions represent your business. I have nothing further to say on the matter.
