HR made simple
HR is an area that I was nervous about approaching as a small business owner. I purchased the HR for Humans toolkit and really loved the digestible, step by step approach. In House style HR for the growing Small Business
Where do I begin? When I started y small business, I gave little thought to the fact that one day I might actually employ people! When that day came, realised that it is a huge responsbility, not just to my team, but to the business. Thankfully I met the team at HRforHumans who guided me through the process of creating the right contracts for the positions, and understanding what my obligations are. I would have got myself into a real mess without them! Rather than approach employment like a small business with me doing everything, it feels like I have an in-house HR department. So helpful and supportive and exceptional at what they do.
