Wish I could give zero or minus stars.

Wish I could give zero or minus stars.

Brought an All in One Printer. Didn't want to work as blue Wifi light kept flashing. This went on and on and on.

Trying to get to talk to someone is impossible but got through to live chat. I spoke to Saransh in America. He gave me the WhatApp number for getting things done. He couldn't help me over the phone.

I WhatsApp'd HP and received an instant reply saying they were busy but would get back to me as soon as the could. This was over a week ago. Their Customer Service is non existent and I will never buy HP again. I had brought 4 HP printers before now with no problems. This one, being a wireless one, has given me all sorts of problems.

I've now got my money back and have another wireless one that works perfectly and if I need Customer Support I have it.

THIS IS BOTH COERCIVE AND ILLEGAL AS IT'S SIMPLY BLACKMAIL.THERE HAVE BEEN MANY MANY COMPLAINTS EACH TO NO AVAIL SO BEWARE AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND FROM A COMPANY THAT KNOWS BETTER.

Friend bought a HP 'all in one' printer. For the first day it printed colour. Then it stopped. Printer was exchanged twice. No difference.

No driver was supplied with the printer; quick setup instructions useless; 'plug usb connection and switch on.'

I have searched for a suitable driver without much success as files are not clearly labelled.

HP employing stoidi (reverse word) in their 'customer service' (joke) section.

Friend getting rid of HP and buying Epson.

Wish there was an option for no stars…

Wish there was an option for no stars ....
After spending nearly all day trying to make my printer which lve hardly used to work it appears the only help I can get from HP is if l pay a fee even though i subscribed to their ink plan at £3.49 a month, its out of warranty by 3 days so i have paid £3.49 monthly for a year and only had 2 refills in that time, its scandalous the way these companies treat their customers. The Printer I am talking about is the HP inkjet 2620 their virtual agent is useless as the site itself. I will add these to the list of printer companies to avoid.

One star is too much.

One star is too much.
Here is a little story as to why I will never again buy a printer from HP, nor in fact any other thing.
Early March my old HP printer had a bad paper jam and in the process of clearing it some gears were stripped so it was US.
I contacted HP’s sales office in UK to source a replacement and was told that model was no longer made and that the nearest equivalent in terms of performance was an ENVY photo 7134, which came with Instant Ink.
I ordered one which arrived the next day. So far so good. However the carriage was very clunky, and cartridges kept jumping out of place. The lid was extremely hard to open. When I reached the webpage advertising Instant Ink I got the message, not once but 3 times, that that facility was not available in my country, which I do not believe. The cartridges supplied with the printer lasted no time at all. So, I ordered generic cartridges from my usual supplier of printer ink. When these were installed I got repeated messages to open printer door and reinstall black cartridge. After a few goes at doing this the door which had been so stiff initially gave way at the right hand hinge so that it would not close anymore.
By now well into lockdown and the HP help page said that telephone lines were too busy and I should try automated help desk. This had NO answers relating to the problem, nor to any warranty service. However I did manage to get a phone connection on 20 May. The line was crackly and the agent difficult to understand. And before resolution of the matter the line went dead. Once more, same procedure. Third time I got a clear line and the agent promised to send a replacement under warranty. This duly arrived the next day but also had problems, this time with software. I set it up from my iMac on the Wi-fi in my study. However when I sent a print file to it from the iMac it said it was offline. However it accepted a print file from my iPad on a different Wi-fi.
Also when asked to print on heavyweight glossy, supplied by HP with the original ENVY printer it sent through a.blank sheet every time before the printed sheet.
This time the help phone lines were so busy that it was impossible to get a response. Also it appears that the use of Non-HP cartridges may invalidate the HP warranty.
I have just had enough bother with HP. When shops open again, I will buy a printer of a different manufacturer from a trusted local store, knowing that if I have a problem I can take it in and get proper advice and service.

HP Support an Absolute sham

I have a problem with my New HP Printer which is under warranty but there is no way to talk to a customer support agent, only the online virtual agent which is useless.

I am stuck with a printer under warranty with no way of getting a repair.

Thanks

They will not support Windows server…

They will not support Windows server while compatability is advertized. Although in the past their printers could be installed on servers , suddenly the OS is no longer recognised and it is made impossible to install. Asking for support results in no support at all. Find an IT specialist they say and let them do the installation. So that's that! Never will I purchase anything from HP again.
