Bought some ink for my printer office jet 8620 ran out of one colour it stoped me from printing even though I had a full gen black cartridge it would not let me print in just black that's all I needed , got intouch with customer service they said unless I bought colour the printer would not work , been with HP for 10 years just thrown its on the tip and bought a Epsom eco printer which I can refill with ink myself

The worst printer I've ever had the displeasure of using. I actually want to break it it's THAT bad. Need 3 apps to use it, it doesn't connect to wifi; and god forbid you turn it off; you have to start the process all over again. Even the instructions are innafective with bo clear resolution. I've had it months and I still don't know how to use it. I really hope someone sees this and decides not to buy it. I couldn't even sell it, I couldn't take money from someone for something that's pretty much unusable.

Absolute nightmare of a printer...constantly shows as offline. A big waste of time and the cost of the ink cartridges is ridiculous
HP Smart Tank=Dumb Idea
HP Smart Tank=Dumb Idea
I've never written a product review but I am exasperated with HP. Smart Tank 7000 printer was expensive, promised 27,000 pages, and it copied pretty close to that. Then I needed INK REFILL, which I purchased, then several months later 2 PRINT HEADS. But HP no longer carried the print heads I needed, even tho my printer was less than two years old! I ordered print heads with same #s, 3YP17A and X4E75A, via Amazon (reconstituted and 1/2 HP's original price), but they did not work. HP has coded the print heads so that only HP versions work. Weeks of ordering, returning, talking by phone, visiting print repair shop. What a waste o time. Now 20#s of plastic are going to the landfill, all because HP made a good machine go quickly obsolete. I am truly insulted. No more HPs for me! Outrageous.

HP office jet 8015 why on earth should you have to log into the app on the pc to used the scanner, more often than not it wont work even though the password is accepted I've lost 20 minutes on a 30 second job trying to scan a document
I bought the printer outright so why do HP stop me from using it - after two years of this its going in the bin and I'll buy another brand
I'm goin g to throw it in the bin and buy anopther brand

It takes 4 h to get the printer to learn the new Wi-Fi password and it just keeps on forgetting it and i have to relearn it all the dam time, how is something that you do one time and forget has to be done every month ?

HP 6032e is the biggest piece of sh!t and waste of money I've ever experienced. It has endless connectivity issues and always drops of the Wi-fi, and it's impossible to reconnect. So I purchased a USB print cable which corrupted the printer even further. HP have absolutely NO SUPPORT! Been struggling with this printer since the day I purchased it, 3 years ago! DO NOT BUY A HP PRINTER!!!!!
Rubbish printer, software and customer care
Utter rubbish printer in terms of hardware, software and customer care. Rarely connects or let me print, while happly charges a subscription i cant use. Last time i had to call up, it took an hour for the engineer to decide its the end of his shift and state he would call back the next day. Didnt get a call back until the nexr afternoon. Great when you quickly need to print something. Then at every opportunity he tried to blame me or my wifi, even though the priniter was showing as being connected with excellent signal, and i was talking to him the same internet/wi-fi so the issue clealy wasnt my internet or wifi! Real issues, avoid..think i may be refering to #martinlewis or #roguetraders to see what my consumer right is for a refund on the printer and ink subscription ive barely been able to use over the past year!
do not buy HP printer
bought this product a year ago, never worked most of the time. call them on the phone no response at all, no product support. asking to pay to scan the documents.
Stay away from HP
The printer is as good as any other brand, except the ink is ridiculously expensive! $170 for replacement ink? And you cannot use third party, the printer will block it. HP, needs to get their head out of their asses.
Used to work perfectly BUT I had HP ink…
Used to work perfectly BUT I had HP ink paid monthly now I don't use the printer much so I stopped the monthly payments, now the printer won't work it say I must sign up to monthly ink payments. My advice THINK BEFORE YOU BUY AN HP
Must use their ink or they lock up your printer
I bought an HP printer after a month they restricted my usage and my printer wouldn't print anymore. After talking to them they told me that I have to use their ink program or they will not understand restrict my printer
1 star is too generous
1 star is too generous. Bought a printer from Currys. Signed up for the monthly ink deal. Seemed to good to be true. It was. No charge for ink but the charge for paper was roughly 50p per sheet. tried calling them but got some overseas call centre. AS SOON AS THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED THE PRINTER WOULD NO LONGER CONNECT TO WIFI. What a coincidence. Returned the printer to Currys and said "I am returning this." The response was for & (yes 7) staff to completely ignore me. I will never use HP or Currys again and I would urge anyone else not to either. I am surprised that two such large companies turned out to be scammers.
HP Office Jet 'Pro' 7740
HP Office Jet 'Pro' 7740 - It prints, but thats about it. Tried scan with USB using document feeder - nope, fails to scan properly all pages, then decides it doesn't want to write the scan files to the USB. Tried different USB nah mate, don't want to do that! Installed HP scan software, doesn't see printer, dropped of network again. Three reboots.
I today, for the first time asked it to do more than one thing, and it failed badly! My last HP printer.
Rubbishy HP
Their instruction book re installation of Deskjet 2800e series is brief and absolute rubbish, as is their printer which constantly behaves erratically. Will never buy an HP printer again.
Finally no more HP
I finally throws out my last HP printer. I got ink problems, ink prices on gold level, connection problems, bad print quality, problems with paper and so on.
DON’T BUY HP PRINTER……EVER.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
HP Envy 6000 – absolute garbage. Worked for a couple of months, then started going offline every week, especially when updates are pushed. The only “fix” is to unplug it and wait forever for it to reset.
Whoever thought a buttonless printer was a smart idea clearly has never used a printer in real life. What used to take two seconds now means dealing with endless app errors and waiting on HP support like it’s a full-time job.
Whoever signed off on this design should be banned from designing anything ever again.
DO NOT BUY AN HP
DO NOT BUY AN HP! I bought one from their OfficeJet Pro 8130e 8 months ago...it worked for 2 months then kaput. Gives me a number of errors, spent hours with support staff who took me around in circles, no supposed "welcome package" that would have the "cartridge" that would "fix all" - around in circles again, no refund and and and...such a WASTE of money, TIME and ENERGY.
If you have to sign up to a membership for a printer you PAID for to work - DO NOT BUY!
i have a pro8020
