Great orientation! I really appreciate Katherine taking the time to show her presentation on the ins and outs and process of getting the grant to build an ADU and for answering all of our questions and being SO patient with us. It was a tremendous help and I took a lot of notes. I truly believe that with these zoom orientations, I’m better equipped to submit the proper documents in order to receive the grant, which will help us immensely in building our ADU. Thank you so much for your valuable help in assisting us ADU’ers!

I have attended two online ADU learning sessions hosted by Katherine Peoples, both meetings lasted over 3-4 hours long. My experience has been nothing but GREAT. The information provided was thorough and clear. The host is exceptional in her knowledge of the subject, patience and sense of service. Everyone, myself included holds deep gratitude for Katherine, for her wonderful listening skills, stamina, grace, and humility. And her team is responsive to emails and phone calls despite the overwhelming interest in the program. Many thanks to HPP Cares, Katherine, and her entire team!!!

Incredible opportunity to receive a CAlHfa grant for building an ADU. Presentation was clear and transparent with all requirements explained clearly with no sugarcoating. Good educational materials and resources for building an ADU.

Watching the Zoom presentation was awesome. It helped to answer a lot of questions.

Katherine explicitly explaines something and then gives examples of what it could possibly translate into for some scenarios along with making us aware of what it means not to do also. It's also nice how she tries to get to everyone's questions. The only thing that could make it better is if she is able to tell us that we made the cut and have a confirmed reservation now also =)

Katherine is the most patient womyin the world. We are so guided by her. What a pleasure
