Quick shipping and very well packed. I ordered two trellises and could be happier with them. Extremely well made. Truly a superior product, a quality that is hard to find. I can honestly say, I will never buy them from anyone else!

Great product. Great customer service (quick response to a email inquiry -- like 10 minutes later!). Shipping faster than promised by 2 days, even on a holiday weekend. Assembly not as bad as I feared - I am mechanically challenged but did it by myself in a couple of hours.

From the moment of confirmation of order, the shipment was prompt. I appreciated the care how the items were packaged with biodegradable material. Small detail but very thoughtful. I was impressed with the hand fork because it made my work easier in loosing the big rocks in the compact soil, reaching a tiny crevasses and lifting tough roots for transplant. I would recommend it if you work a lot in the garden.

In general, I am very happy with the product. It is well made and very sturdy. The packaging was good. I received the shipment in good condition. The only feedback I have is to provide some clarity and consideration towards orientation of the pieces and access or space requirements to tighten the fasteners in the assembly instructions. In my case, I installed the trellis right next to my fence, with the access to the fasteners on the spikes piece facing inside. It was tricky to tighten the fasteners and I ended up hand tightened them because I couldn't get access with the tools.

I ordered my garden arbor and received it in mid June. It was shipped on schedule. It was easy to unbox and unwrap. A friend and I assembled it in a few hours. The next week we drilled it into the concrete. The whole process was easy - from ordering to shipping - to assembly. I love the look of it and I am excited for the plants to climb on it.

I love the overall aesthetics of H Potter products. I bought an obelisk garden trellis. However, assembling it turned out to be very challenging. Some of the pieces were slightly bent, obviously during the manufacturing process, which caused difficulty. Once fully assembled, it looked great.

Obelisk is pretty, and seems to be very sturdy. Incorrect instructions need to be corrected: the length and number of screws sent does not match the directions. I was very quickly informed of the mistake when I contacted the company owner.

This is one of my very favorite companies to deal with. Great communication, fast shipping, and excellent products. I have purchased several trellises and a beautiful hanging planter. All very good construction and made to last.

My little light-up birds are adorable but I didn’t realize they are for indoor use. I am using them on a large covered porch and hope they will be okay. I wish they had rechargeable batteries!

I was amazed how fast from purchasing, delivery and the easy assembly went. The trellises are strong, handsome and look stately in my garden! I’m a happy gardener.
