My superhoze burst after just over 2 years use. I sent in pictures of the water pouring out of the hose together with a copy of the purchse receipt and asked for a replacement. Ross from the customer services team replied within 24 hours to say that a new hose was being despatched to me - it arrived 3 days later. Excellent curtomer service

I recently encountered a fault with my auto reel hose after 2 years, so I called and spoke with Ross who was very helpful, he advised me to send an email with a short video of the fault and a few more details and then received a speedy response stating that I would receive a replacement with 5 days and it arrived after only a few days. Brilliant customer service received, thank you.

I had an issue with my 30m flexible hose which burst. I contacted customer services via email and sent photos of the burst hose and the response was immediate. Within 1 week I had a new hose deliver to my home, no lengthy questions and no lengthy wait. Customer service is really great. Well done to all involved.

Bought an empty hose reel from Argos, opened it up to find 2 left sides rather than a left and right.
Argos are a pain and I didn't have time to go backwards and forwards, returning and replacing it, so I googled Hozelock and found they did a "missing parts" service.
I emailed them with the issue, had a really lovely email a couple of days later and within a week I had a replacement part in my hand.
Would not hesitate using the company again as a main purchasing factor for me is how good the customer service is.

I had reason to claim on the guarantee for my Superhoze, the internal pipe had ruptured.
E-mailed and submitted evidence of purchase and was sent out a replacement hose by Tim all within a week.
Replacement is now fitted and being used!

Amazing company. Had an issue with my hose after just over 2.5 years so requested a part which they don't sell on the site.
Instead of a replacement part they replaced the entire automatic rewinding reel with out me asking.
I can't recommend enough.

I bought a tough hose in November last year and the hose split, I did my own repair and then another split occurred, both splits occurred while the hose was under mains pressure but not being used. I contacted hozelock to inform them of my issues in case there was a production problem. I wasn't expecting much due to my first repair but Tim at hozelock appreciated the feedback and sent a replacement with no hesitation. Excellent customer service.
