An unwelcome change from cash payment
The takeover of Hozah as a cashless means of parking resulted in the demise of our local Marks & Spencer store as many elderly people were unfamiliar with the system.
It also has a camera in the central entrance which records as separate parking when simply moving your car from one end of the car park to the upper section/thus creating 2 separate charges.

We understand that moving from cash payments to a cashless system can be challenging for some drivers, particularly those less familiar with digital parking.
To support this, we offer Hozah AutoPay, which many drivers, including elderly users, find to be the most convenient option once it’s set up. AutoPay only needs to be registered once, and after that there’s no need to use apps, machines, or take any further action when parking. Drivers can simply enter and exit the car park as normal, and payment is handled automatically. Family members or friends are very welcome to help with the initial setup if needed.
Regarding your concern about being charged twice when moving within the car park, that doesn’t sound right and we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into it. If you’re happy to share the site location, we will investigate this matter urgently.

Great service from Hozah
Great service from Hozah when I requested that a car park charge be cancelled as my passenger had paid at the ticket machine. Not only did they happily do so, they responded the very next day.

I’ve paid for a permit to park
I’ve paid for a permit to park. Signage says unlimited parking with a permit. I’m being charged after 3 hours. Other people are not they get 6 hours. Terrible customer service as all emails are ignored. If unlimited is 3 hours then the signage needs changing and this should apply to everyone. I have no choice in parking as it’s a leisure centre I use. Even they have said it should be 6 hours free!

Good customer service
I had an issue having sold my car but the new owners had not updated the contact details for the car and did not pay to use one of the Hozah car parks. I received a notification re the parking charge incurred. I emailed the company explaining the situation and it was dealt with immediately.
