I cannot thank How to Find a Care Home enough for the care, compassion, and support they showed us during one of the most difficult and emotional times in our lives. Finding the right care home for a very close friend felt overwhelming, but from the very first conversation, the team made us feel listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Every member of the team was kind, patient, and deeply empathetic. Nothing ever felt rushed, and they guided us through every step with such warmth and reassurance. At a time when emotions were high and stress was overwhelming, they brought calm, comfort, and confidence when we needed it most.
Thanks to their dedication and understanding, we found a care home where our friend feels safe, supported, and truly cared for. We will always be incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone going through a similar journey. If we could give them 100 stars we would.

Emma from How to find a Care Home is friendly and helpful. This service takes out all of the stress of phoning round different care homes in your area to see if they have any vacancies..You can say which ones you prefer and she will ask them too . All you have to do then is phone to arrange a viewing - view -I recommend going to look round a few - you will feel the one you like best - and then arrange a move in date . Emma will guide you through all of the way . Definitely a solid 5 stars . Thank you . I did it all myself for my father last year but this is a lot easier way to do it.

I received a first class service from Kim when I was urgently looking for a care home place for my mother.

She was throughout very friendly, courteous, efficient and professional in her approach and very proactive in taking the initiative to give me different options, liaise directly with the care homes and help me secure a place for my mother.

If you are looking for help finding a care home for a loved one, this is the company for you. My mother's social worker advised us of their service, within 3 days Kim had found suitable homes with availability and booked viewing, as well as this she accompanied me and asked questions on my behalf that I would have never thought of. The whole experience was seamless and stress free, I can not thank Kim enough for her help.

After being referred from Social Services I was immediately contacted by Kim who was so helpful and talked me through the whole process which was so reassuring as I did not know where to start.
