Scam Alert – Avoid This Company ⚠️

This so-called company is a complete scam. They use Letracking to create fake shipping updates that make it look like your package is on the way, but it never arrives. Their listed contact email is just another part of the scheme — no one ever responds, and it’s not a legitimate customer service address.

They lure you in with what looks like a real order process, but once they have your money, that’s the end of it. No product, no help, no resolution. It’s all fake from start to finish.

Save yourself the stress and frustration. Do not buy anything from them — this is nothing but a scam operation. This company is a bull💩 mickey mouse operation.

I ordered a phone which was not up to my specs but could exchange it for another model without a fuss. Even though delivery had a few hickups, everything came through eventually.
I have been ordering phones here for over a decade and till this day always had a good experience.
This company does what it promises!
With this kind of service I will keep ordering my phones here.

kindly note, I ordered a phone, car charger, and a flip cover..All together.
telephone was delivered and after 2 weeks the flip cover Was delivered and it didn't fit ,I contacted your office.. your office asked me to send it back, I sent it back and waiting for the refund .. And car charger is still not delivered

weeks of patience but not the fault of Howsea due to poor producing capacity of Blackview.
Whenever there was a change in the status of my order I got a message without having asked. THAT´S service!

Enige tijd geleden mijn nieuwe telefoon via Howsea besteld. Heb gekozen voor de Vernee Apollo Lite. De bestelling ging eenvoudig. De communicatie via mevrouw AnnieLee liep heel vlot. Gemiddelde snelheid van reageren is binnen één uur! Aangezien Howsea afhankelijk is van de levering vanuit China kan het zijn dat e.e.a. wat lang (voor je gevoel) duurt. Betaling hoeft pas nadat Howsea het product in Nederland heft ontvangen. Levering via DHL parcel. Een aantal accessoires die er niet op voorraad waren worden na geleverd. Top service.

Some time ago I ordered my new phone at Howsea . I chose the Vernee Apollo Lite. The order process was simple. Communication by Ms AnnieLee was very fast and accurate. Average speed of response, within one hour! Since Howsea must depent on supply from China it can take some time before the order will be delivered . Payment can be made after Howsea receives the product at theire site in Holland. Delivery by DHL parcel . Some accessories that were not supplied from stock are in backorder.. Top service.

Eerst was er de goede communicatie over de aan te schaffen smartphone. De levering was als beloofd en na een probleem met het apparaat is er keurig aan de garantievoorwaarden voldaan.
Erg prettig is ook de communicatie en service in het nederlands en vooral vanuit Nederland.

First there was the good communication about the purchase of the smartphone. The delivery was as promised and after a problem with the device the guarantee conditions were carried out very well.
Very nice for me also is the communication in Dutch and aspecially the service from here in the Netherlands.

A while ago a I ordered an iNew V3 through Howsea. I ordered it with delivery by DHL, but it lasted very long. Howsea investigated the issue and found out that DHL had problems sending packages with 2 batteries. So mine was refused. To prevent further delay Howsea immediately sent me at their expense an iNew from ther European warehouse. After a few days I received my fine iNew V3. But after 2 months the V3 was broken. Howsea checked and sent me a new (other) phone just within a few days. Well, that is what I call service. No nonsense guarantee, fast clear communication in Dutch and excellent service. I know where I will buy my next phone. Superb value for money.
