All of us at Howes Models take great pride in the fact that 'Howes' have been trading since 1939 and we are the longest serving Model Shop in the UK. We offer a great range of radio controlled boats, cars, planes, tanks, drones and more. We keep a large range of batteries, not just for RC models such as LIPO & NIMH's but batteries for bait boats, ride on toy cars, alarms and motorbikes. We also have a large Pre-Owned Model Railway department with stock being added daily! Aswell as selling our very popular Model Railway 'Howes' sound chips. We are the home of the Lake Reaper bait boats and keep a full list of spares, a variety of upgrades and accessories and more! We are available to give help and advice over the phone Monday-Friday from 09:00-16:00 and have a fast response rate for emails.

Paid, not received, no commitment, no contact
Got confirmation 6 days ago that order had been despatched, but product still not received. Despatch confirmation did not provide any details. In responding to the despatch confirmation email, message returned as undeliverable. Feel a little awkward in responding this way but no other options available. Took my money but no commitment on if, or when, the product will be delivered!
Originally gave 1 star but Howes worked to rectify the situation!

I wrote a negative review 2 hours ago which I have now deleted. I have not been contacted by the company to rescind that review. I do feel I was unfair, the items I ordered have been delivered to me, well packaged and in good condition. My anger should have been with the delivery company Evri, who had the package for several days.
