The watch i bought 2 months ago, is next to useless, the digital displays are fine, but the analogue hands do not keep time which is the basic function of the watch! There is no way these watches are reduced from the price they advertise? They are what you pay for.... cheap!
Are these the same watches on Temu and Alixpress for pennies? Because they look identical.

It arrived defective stopping after 1 hour with the hands jamming
Trying to arrange a return was a saga as they would not give address details and how to action the return
Once I sent the watch back I have been chasing the credit
I have about 29 emails where they apologise but do not send the refund and ask question time after time after time

Would give this a -10 if I could. Should of received my watch on the 26thNovember 2025 ( order number #HOVX1034),EVRI reported it lost. I passed the information onto HOVX, they promised me they would reimburse me, they put 0.01p back into my account instead of £52.95p. They have FOBBED me off at every opportunity, I have sent them about 40 emails but I am still waiting for my money ( over 4 months later). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
