Very easy system to use
Very easy system to use. Whenever I called staff they responded really quickly.
The only thing was the report, if they didnt check boiler/gas it came up red which panicked me, so perhaps have a section to say not checked.

Once they got your money they will never reply back
The survey process was completed, presumably due to the vendor's focus on compensation. I have attempted to contact them via email regarding a query from my solicitor pertaining to the survey findings, but I have not yet received a response. It appears there is a perception that their engagement is primarily transactional, with post-service communication being a challenge. This reflects poorly on the company's client relations.

Houzecheck - excellent customer service
Houzecheck were really helpful when we were searching for a surveyor for a flat purchase. My Mum was very anxious making the decision to downsize and Gavin in particular in the call centre was incredible knowledgeable and helpful. He really put our minds at ease and made us feel positive about getting a survey done, as well as what next steps to take with a problem we were facing regarding the plans of the property.
