Surprise bills you do not owe!

I used the company for my imaging needs for a few years in the past and had good experience. However, its financial management is a mess that deter me from going back to use it again. Below is what happened.

In July 2025, I received a bill for $955 for a service provided on 7/15/24. I knew I had already paid, as I remember they required payment on the date of service. To prove it, I had to go to my insurance company portal over the weekend to dig the statement of benefits from 2024. With that evidence in hand, I called the office on Monday—only to be told, unexpectedly, that my account balance was zero and they had already received payment from my insurance company.

I considered writing a review about this disturbing and frustrating experience—having to deal with a surprise bill, track down documentation over the weekend, and spend time on Monday to resolve it—but I decided to save my energy and let it go.

However, last weekend (8/9/25) I received yet another statement from the company, this time claiming I owe them $119.16 for a service from June 2024 that I am not responsible for because I went to my insurer's portal again and found the proof that they got paid for this service. At this point, I have to speak out: what a mess this company is.

What they did to me added stress to my life. I have more important things to do instead of spending time on finding old documents and calling to argue with them for something that I do not owe.
