THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I signed the contract, paid the rent and on the day of key collection -- no one showed up to give me the keys. Like, WTF? DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Come on people. Don't let yourself get scammed. If something sounds too good to be true, 99.99% it's a scam. $1000 a month for 3 bedroom house, electric included. They aren't even trying to sound legit! LOL! XD The whole site is a scam, problem is im finding them listing on realtor.com, and making them sound more legit. Be careful and do your research.

They will steal your listing for property off of Zillow and list it for a lower amount than what you have it listed for just to collect rental app fees. You call the number then someone will text you.

Wish this site could be taken down.

This is a scam company using random numbers to generate traffic on their website.
They used my personal mobile number to advertise properties all over the UK.
Adverts have 0303 or 0800 number all diverting to my mobile number. I had over 60 calls from different applicants searching for properties for different properties, its an illegal operation to generate traffic to their website

This is an absolute FRAUD. Home listed at 732 West 13th Street, Laurel, MS., is listed on this website with contact info for Franklin Woods). His contact number is (202) 217-9120, Washington, DC. BEWARE and do not communicate whatsoever. The home is NOT for rent nor same. I have contacted our Attorney General and filed a Complaint in Jones County Circuit Court against both Defendant's!

Full scammers!! They have my home listed for rent in Vale NC which was copied from Zillow. They keep changing the rates, descriptions and telephone contact numbers.

This site does not monitor its listings. They have properties I own for rent when I didn't post them. The people who contact them are scammed out of deposits and more. Avoid them and use reputable companies like Zillow. Before sending money you can find the owner of a property by going to the tax records in any county. Make sure you are talking to the owner.

I received a FB message request from someone asking if my home was for rent.. while I was still living it.. Working with this couple I learned my own home is listed for rent online and on top of that someone is impersonating me trying to get deposits/rental application fees. I have reported the ad but this website clearly is not vetting it's ads which is horrible. On top of that I found multiple listings with the same phone number attached: (430) 201-4796

Just a scam. They are attempting to collect personal information and rental application fees. They are all a scam.

This is one of the best site to rent house. A friend referred me to this site and i got a house for myself and 3 children at a cheap price. I first thought it was nothing but a scam until the lease agreement document is signed and i got my keys. Please stop criticizing this website...☹️

I am the owner of a reputable property management company in Albuquerque, NM, and this website steals our listings frequently. They duplicate the listing and change the phone number so that you contact them directly instead of our office. Then they charge you application fees and tell you they'll meet you at the home to give you a tour. They just take your money and never show up at the home. Be sure you are applying with a reputable rental company by visiting their office in person before you send anyone any money.. even application fees!!

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud! One of my rental houses was listed on this site by a scammer and it's currently occupied by a tenant with a long term lease. Housesforrent.ws will not return my e-mail and no one will join a chat session. Of course, there is no number to call and report the scam. This is a fraudulent site.

Website for stolen listings. Stay away.They have no verification of real owners. Obviously someone at this site is getting kickbacks from scammers. Will report to FCC.

Complete scam in Ohio. I had a feeling after he barely did a background check on me for a house that sold for $450,000. Then he asked how much I could send right away in order to get me the keys. Of course it doesn't work like that! I called him, it went to voicemail and he texted back andsaid he was working and couldn't talk right then. I asked for his first and last name and he said, Mr. Johnson. I then looked up the home owners for the address and of course it a wasn't Mr. Johnson. Unfortunately it works for the scanners some of the time; I am just glad it wasn't me this time!

This website needs to be shut down. I got scammed out of 900 dollars on this site on 5/5/2020. By a man by the name of Phillips 'Noel Rodrigeuz' Mauldin
for the property of 318 Harwood Street in Albemarle. Please be aware of this person scamming people. He is using the original owners name and then placing his in the middle. Also he has detailed pictures of the property and declaring that he is the owner. I Have Contacted the Police Dept
and they are currently investigating. I was sent a fake lease agreement from them with the Real Owners Company name attached. Everything seems literally Legit. He only asked for deposit at first but Later demanded that all money, deposit and 1st month be sent immediately. He declared that he was out of town working due to COVID-19 and would UPS key to me upon receipt of Money. The Phone number was unavailable to be reached 1-786-780-1470 and would only answer via text. 'Noel' is listing properties in his name including one on Long Street in Albemarle,NC. 'Noel' asks for payment Through Cash App at $Noel2788
This Kind of activity should not be continued or allowed. Although I would like nothing better than to have my hard earned money returned, clearly this man needs to be stopped and arrested at the least

Terrible site!!!! The only rentals they have listed in my market are all scams!! They are real properties but with wrong information. THe scammer steals the listings and puts their phone numbers! I am a REALTOR and they have our company listings on there!

The wife and I contacted this outfit to inquire about a house that was listed. Had a feeling it was a scam because of how low the rent was for where it was located.
When I looked up the number I originally texted and the one they replied back on are different which made me suspicious.
The numbers are from Brooklyn, N.Y.. (917) 336-0235 & (917) 336-0295.
The person that replied back claims to be the owner, but could not answer any questions about the property. Also checked the property appraisers office concerning the owners name, not even close to the owners name.
Also used the old saw that his job had transferred him out of the area and there was no one locally that could show us the house on the inside.
Have managed to contact the actual owner and was told the name of the management company he uses to rent the house thru, and for how much.

Site is full of scam ads for rent. One of our properties was listed for rent - totally bogus.
