Alison cleaned our house for the second time this morning. We left the key and returned to a spotlessly clean home. She is absolutely fantastic!

Krasi and her team are just brilliant in communication, care, and all things cleaning! We are so impressed with the friendliness and the attention to details in the home. When looking for a cleaner, Clean House is the one!

Krasi Ivanova’s service has been outstanding for us. We went away for 6 months April-September 2023 and left our London house in her care. We had 23 Airbnb groups of guests in this period. For each group, Krasi and her team took care of meeting the guests to give them the key, showing them the house, and cleaning the house after they left. In a few occasions when problems arose (e.g. alarm went off once) she was on call and able to help in real time, even late at night. One of the guests forgot 380 Euros in cash at the house. Krasi agreed to keep it safe at her house while I wired the amount to the guest; I recovered the cash from Krasi when I came back. Krasi noticed that the patio garden needed cleaning (leaves etc) and alerted me, so she went ahead and added that task every few weeks. At one point there weren't enough towels, so she climbed in our attic and found the extra towels in the storage boxes. I gave the guests her number so they could keep her updated about their arrival time as they fine-tuned it. Her whatsapp and e-mail communications with me and the guests were clear and timely. Most of the guests mentioned how nice and helpful Krasi had been, nobody complained. Every one of the guests left a 5* review, and several mentioned how clean the house was. We could not have been luckier, our house was in safe hands for the whole period. Krasi is a lot more than a very competent cleaner, she does not shy away from carrying significant responsibility and she also has the experience to manage complex and unpredictable situations with promptness and tact. I trust Krasi absolutely and I highly recommend her and her company.

Krasi and her team came for a deep cleaning to my flat. After an initial visit to evaluate the flat, they spent about 5 hours and the results were impeccable. They did particularly well in some very hard areas in my bathroom, and restored things that looked beyond repair due to limescale. In our communications she has also been very friendly and professional, and trying to accommodate my requests.
I would highly recommend her and her team.

First-class service. They are very efficient, super-friendly , Kristyna knocked our door just at the right time, and was very quick to get things in place, and for me to see that the standards have already been raised, I am very happy, a seamless process for me which again was good, I look forward to working with them for a long time.

I have used Krasi and her husbands' exceptional cleaning services for end of tenancy twice now, most recently with late notice. Both times they have done an excellent job, I couldn't believe the transformation! They are very accommodating and true professionals at what they do. Would recommend their service to anyone wanting a thorough clean of their property.

Ordered professional carpet cleaning only. Great service, no rushing. The carpet was fully cleaned exactly as I wanted. Was expecting that I would need to go over and do some additional clean up, but it was not necessary. Reasonably priced too.

End of tenancy clean was done to a very high standard. The only times I've got my full deposit back from a rented property is when using this service! Many thanks

Excellent end of tenancy clean was done by Krasi and her husband. The flat was spotless afterwards. Even our balcony windows were cleaned on the outside for us, which was not a requirement of the end of tenancy clean.

Krasi and team are the best. Their work is faultless. We use them regularly for end of tenancy cleans, end of building work, for home and carpet cleaning (which makes them look like new). Krasi is so professional and kind, and always gets back to you. I cannot recommend them enough.
