This company is employed by the agent that manages a flat let for me. They attended a suspected toilet leak, in the bathroom in June 24 & said there wasn't a leak, it was just condensation. In November 24 they attended a reported leak in the same bathroom & said they had found a shower waste detached. They also said the floor was sodden & possibly needed replacing. They left the shower working with no leaks, apparently. In June 25 they attended another leak in the shower in the same bathroom, they say they repaired this leak again & charged me twice for the same repair. They then quoted twice the amount of any other contractor to fix the issue that was probably caused by them not finding the original toilet leak which was highlighted by the contractor I did choose to fix the floor, saying that the toilet was indeed leaking. I think they are sending Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles round to fix their problems. I wouldn't trust this company to run a bath, be warned.

My toilet flooded my bathroom and is blocked. Called someone named sonny to come and sort the problem. Clearly wasnt interested in coming out and gave me every excuse not to come out and sort and is now avoiding my messages. I cannot use my toilet in any way and he will not do anything about it as its Easter sunday and he can't be bothered to come out. Will definitely be taking this further as i have no way of using my toilet. Absolutely shocking and if hes not prepared to do his job when he' is needed for an emergency then he shouldnt be doing it at all. I have the messages sent to prove this and the fact that im now being ignored. Thanks a lot sonny what a waste of time👍

Came round fit new light and ordered new extractor with little fuss
