I first met Jon and Nina at HP Diamond Jewellery in 2019 when I was looking for an engagement ring for Nicci. The care and service I received was second to none. The ring was perfect, so when it came to the decision of where to buy Nicci's wedding ring for our 2023 wedding, there really was only one option. We reached out to Jon and yet again HP Diamond Jewellery came up with the perfect ring for our wedding. Needless to say the attention to detail and service we received from Jon and Nina was 1st class again.
This year I decided to buy Nicci an eternity ring, so I picked up the phone to Jon with a few details of what Nicci would like and within a few hours he'd come up with a few ideas and a shortlist of rings that he thought Nicci would like. In amongst the shortlist was the perfect Yellow and white diamonds set in platinum eternity ring. Within no time at all HP Diamond Jewellery had sized the ring and had it ready for collection. Once again, I can't speak highly enough of the service, product and after care we have received from Jon and Nina. We feel they have been an integral part of our personal journey for 6 years and it is reassuring to know that there are still companies out there with the "personal touch" who put the customer first. A 5 star experience.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I got my engagement ring reset and the whole process was so smooth and quick to complete. The team made a special effort to keep me updated along the way and got it posted back to me really quickly so that I had it in time for a special occasion. I can’t thank everyone involved enough 🤍

Jonny is amazing! I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen but even better than expected. My partner was over the moon with her engagement ring and the service was of the highest standard. Jonny always kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and even on the day when I was due to pick it up in London I was running late and he drove about 30 miles to deliver it to me half way, now that’s what you call going above and beyond for your clients, you won’t get a better experience. Another point to add, like most companies they care about profit, where as Jonny cares about the customer and you will get the best value for money. They were both professional but also personable, and presented me with the most beautiful ring. It was a pleasure working with House Preston and I will absolutely be returning to them in the future.

One of the best experiences I have had in my life. Gave Jonny a 2 week time window near Christmas and he managed to source the perfect diamond and get the ring made in time for Christmas Eve.
