Personal, well informed advice from Bella. Sent free samples out express delivery on day of call. Good follow up. In the end we decided not to continue the project but the customer service was very good.

Let down at last minute (day before) by another supplier so placed an order with house of worktops. They were very helpful and delivery was efficient and fast - i even added extra upstands to the order the evening before delivery and it all arrived together

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who couldn't do enough to help. I change my requirements twice which they kindly changed. After completing my order I was kept informed of delivery times and I was sent an accurate tracking app. The order arrived on time and the team placed the items as I wanted them to. Quality product and followed instructions on cutting the worktop. Communicate throughout. The only thing I did not lole was that I had arranged the day I wanted my delivery and because of logistics , the item was delivered when I could not be at home to receive it. The fact that persons pay for their delivery means they should have a choice and it shouldn't be based on ehat is convenient to the company. Anyways, it turned ok in the end.

We have used House of worktops both directly placing an order ourselves and indirectly through getting our kitchen company to source Iroko worktops from House of Worktops. In both cases we have been delighted with the product - our kitchen looks great. We ordered a cut worktop for our utility room (and sink) to help finish our kitchen space and everything went together brilliantly

First time using House of Worktops and if i'm honest i probably wouldn't use again.
My first oak worktop turned up absolutely battered, chipped sides, staves out of line creating gaps, holes in some staves and a chunk out of another.
My replacement is better, however not perfect. It will do, but for a premium product that isn't cheap, i was expecting better, especially considering the samples looked so good.
The 1 thing I was happy with (and the reason for 3 stars) is how good your customer service is compared to other company's. I was able to have a replacement sent to me a week later, so for that I do give 3 stars.
Its just a shame their were still imperfections.

Ordered few samples. Got delivered them within 2 days. Quick service, no complaints here.
