DO NOT RECOMMEND Had the worst breakdown after coming here, I asked for a brown balayage and got a bright red, They charged me £249 for ruining my hair, I hated it so much that 1 day later I had to box dye my hair black, they ruined my hair , I’ve been crying non stop, antoni ruined my hair and said it’s a chestnut once it was done, I’ll show you the picture I wanted and what I got, please do not go to them for a balayage , I’m so sad and angry

My eyebrows have been ruined by this salon, when I complained I was offered a "complimentary massage"
A second "beautician" then tried to rectify the eyebrow disaster the first beautician left me with but this was equally as bad! I have had to pay £500 to another salon to have lazer treatment on my eyebrows to have their microblading removed.
This salon should not be doing mircoblading as they do not know what they are doing.
I am not commencing a personal injury claim with this salon due to the damage they have done to my eyebrows.
