Awful experience!

Im very disappointed! I ordered a marble dining table from house of elegance and when I did receive the table it was completely cracked down the middle. The company took quite a while in giving me a replacement but however did and I received a replacement, which was no better. It has chips at the marble and very prominent red marks all over. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via email, phone and Facebook messanger. I have now been blocked. Do not recommend this company at all! Very poor service and awful product.

HouseofElle - Great experience

Ordered twice from HouseofElle.co.uk now, service has been fantastic. Product arrived earlier than expected and quality was really good (bargain for the price we paid). Hannah in the team there was incredibly helpful both times!
Would highly recommend them.
