I was SO excited to have a custom order…
I was SO excited to have a custom order of their red hoodie with gold embroidered wings on the back. Being in and out of the hospital, this item had significance to me and I was SO excited to receive it! When I initially inquired about ordering it, they promptly responded and said they could reproduce it as a custom order, obviously at a price (which I was happy to do). I don’t live in the USA, so the delay from purchase to receipt of the item was expected. No biggie. I am not a complainer, truly. However, the item arrived incorrect. Their e-mail below….
“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. We apologize for the mistake in sending you a hoodie with silver embroidery instead of gold as you had requested. We completely understand your preference for the gold embroidery and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom order. As such, we can replace the hoodie with the correct gold embroidery at no extra cost to you. Regarding the return of the hoodie with silver embroidery, we suggest sending it back to us via postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a pre-paid label for the return shipping. However, once we receive the hoodie, we will send the replacement hoodie with the correct gold embroidery free of charge. Please let us know if this works for you and if you have any other questions or concerns. We want to make sure that you have a hassle-free experience with our products and services.”
Well, this IS a complete hassle….and what happened to, “As such, we can replace the hoodie with the correct gold embroidery at no extra cost to you.” You’re making me pay to ship your mistake back to you? That IS an extra cost to me.
I am SO disappointed with this service and product. It’s cheap looking, ugly, and I wish I never bought it. There is even a hole under the arm and where the front pouch is. They did not provide a reasonable solution and I haven’t heard back from them. The most expensive $300 hoodie I’ve ever bought and never worn. I’ll be donating this item to Goodwill. SO disappointing. I really hope D&S read these reviews and see how unhappy their customers are or someone recognizes the need to establish better resolutions.
