Had to chase to see when they were going to dispatch as not very quick. Also although partly my fault no bulbs with light which is unusual as have ordered light fittings recently from other Companies and they came with bulbs. I should have checked the small print ! Really pleased with light though.

A quality piece of furniture which…
A quality piece of furniture which looks stunning between our kitchen and dining area. However, whilst most of the self assembly was fairly straight forward with good instructions, it was difficult to fix the first side panel as the holes were slightly out of line, but got there in the end! Best advice I can give is to ensure you label each piece before you start to assemble.

Good service and product Quality
I was kept informed of the delivery when using the chat. Once I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks, the bench I ordered was delivered within this timeframe.
The quality of the grey velvet bench that I ordered for our bedroom is exactly as anticipated. Very easy to put together and it looks great.

Mixed review. Product good. Delivery service poor
Delivery was split (I wasn’t aware there was some products OOS)
1st delivery received about 10 days after ordering, waited another 7 day for 2nd part to arrive (wasn’t visible on tracking), ended up contacting via FB and was told delivery had gone missing and I would get a new one sent out. I am still waiting for this to arrive

Sorry you did not feel our delivery was up to scratch; upon investigating I can see the products orders were dispatched within the 5 days criteria indicated for those particular products on our website, so were not out of stock, just sent directly from our manufacturers. I can also see you received 2 items 6 days after placing the order, and as you said the 3rd item has been resent as unfortunately has been lost in the parcel network. We use Facebook messenger as our preferred option for live chat as it allows us to continue conversations with customers away from our website too. As a small company we really value customer feedback and will make our delivery proposition even clearer going forwards. Thanks for taking the time to review.

Yeah, really good product and price, friendly on the phone. Did have to leave it on a pallet because of the rona but I didn't mind! Would recommend.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordered a rug but when it arrived it had some side stitching loose and fibers were comibg out leaving a bald patch. Got in touch woth house cosy who quickly said they will contact the manufacturer and arrange a replacement to be delivered. Happy with the customer service and the rug itself is beautiful and great value for money. Would buy again from here.
