Initially, I had reservations about trying out a new company for a personal checkout I was attending. However, my concerns quickly disappeared as their professionalism shone through upon arrival. By the way, they also offer comprehensive survey reports for potential property purchases.

Suprised how easy it was to book. All I had to do was make the payment online, note the address and estate agents and a week later I had my report.

Excellent and quick service. The report was exceedingly thorough and gave me appropriate information about the property helping me make an informed decision whether to buy the property or not. The information in the report details exactly what needs to be done to the property, and I found it much more useful then a traditional surveyors report. It is also written in English that is easy to understand.

Pro, speedy property report produced by Housecheckr for the condition of my flat between tenancies. It showed exactly what needed doing to the property to maintain a good rental rate from tenants. The guys came to Kent for our survey for an older house we buying. Very pleased with the clarity and results of the report. Great pictures and explanations. Communication with the guys was easy and detailed checks carried out on areas we we’re concerned about. Would definitely recommend!

Housecheckr offers a very valuable service for property investors and owners who want to buy the right property and keep it in good condition. It doesn't quite replace the RICS Survey (mortgage purposes obviously), but it is much more valuable in many ways.

It's a more detailed visual report that covers literally everything you can think of. It's clear what the problem is and what needs to be done. That way you can itemize the tasks, hand off to a builder and make it happen.

Highly recommend this service for anyone buying a home or looking to keep their existing properties in top condition.

Very thorough inspection, the brochure had clear pictures and an accurate description of work necessary. I was well equipped with evidence that enabled me to request that some repairs be done before completion.
