We visited Hour Passion in Kildare Village yesterday. I had contacted them a couple of days beforehand to enquire about what they had in stock at the moment.

Sherry replied to my message and from that time onwards she was fantastic. She was extremely patient, helpful and offered lots of options. She did not push me towards anything and I felt relaxed and at ease while I considered my options. Thank you, Sherry.

I bought a beautiful Longines watch and will be returning very soon to purchase a watch for my son‘s upcoming graduation.

I would like to thank Sherry and everyone in the store for making our visit a wonderful experience.

Very disappointing experience despite making a purchase. I visited this shop with my children and ended up buying two watches. During our visit, my 5-year-old happily mentioned he has 5 watches. I later overheard a staff member refer to him as a “spoiled kid.” At the time, I wasn’t certain, but my elder daughter confirmed it. Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, such a comment about a young child is unprofessional and inappropriate. We expected better treatment, especially after choosing to spend our money here. This experience has left a sour impression, and I won’t be returning.

Visited Hour Passion in Cheshire Oaks. Brilliant shop if you are looking for Swiss made watches at great prices. They sell Longines, Rado, Hamilton, Tissot, Certina, Swatch and a few other. Service is excellent. Have now bought 3 watches from Hour Passion and took my brother there to get a Longines Hydroconquest. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, can't recommend it highly enough.

I purchased a Certina DS-4 watch from this store as a gift for my family in Greece. Unfortunately, within just a few days of purchase, the watch started losing time. Since the service centers in Greece are not easily accessible, I had the battery replaced locally, but the issue persisted. Upon returning to the UK, I took the watch to the service center, only to be told that there had been 'third-party intervention,' and they estimated a repair cost of £128.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service experience. I expected a reputable brand like Certina to offer a more reliable product, and the lack of support when issues arise makes me hesitant to recommend this retailer to others.

Visited for a watch for our daughter in Ireland. Store was good but the staff were excellent. Exactly what you hope for and expect. Very good experience all round and the watch is great too

The Customer Service (particularly Liv) at the Cheshire Oaks Store was excellent. Very knowledgeable and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. First Class.

Id just like to make potential customers aware of this companies policy if u return a watch for a refund ! Terms and conditions are in small print on the counter and reciept too late after uve paid they did say we should be aware of there policy what a joke. They dont offer refunds or a credit notes, we only found this out after we tried to return a watch after changing our mind, not sure if this is just at an outlet. I did e mail this company twice for a response and im disappointed they never responded. Bottom line to get our money used we had to buy two watches we didnt really want !!
