Lying crooks

They made every effort to either
1. set me up so I would owe them lots of money, or
2. push me to run away from them and tell everyone never to come close to them.

I ordered a SIM card with a specific number that I wanted. I received it quickly and activated it. It worked fine for two days, but then the number suddenly changed. For two months I asked for their help, but they kept me stuck in a loop with their stupid AI WhatsApp. Since the number was changed, I was never able to access my personal area on their website. Their customer service line does the same thing — a loop of questions and ads, music playing, no help.

After talking with people and researching on their website and online, I realized that the only goal they pursue is to make sure the customer will either
1. keep paying even if the service is poor, or
2. stop paying, after which they keep charging, then transfer the debt to their lawyers or a collection agency. The amount then skyrockets, and they sue their poor customer for thousands of shekels.

I had a similar experience in the past: owing a few hundred shekels, unable to get any help, and eventually paying 2,500 shekels after my account was frozen. Another time I had a similar card and hadn’t used it for nine years. The company sued me, asking for 19,000 shekels. I worked hard and paid lawyers to reduce it to 10,000.

Stay away from HOT, Bezeq, Orange, Bank Hapoalim, and other criminals like them.

Or better yet, sign petitions to have their businesses investigated and shut down. These people have no dignity and shouldn’t be able to get a job in a kiosk for the rest of their lives for what they do. They deserve no more trust than Hamas. They are greedy, lying crooks. No dignity..

I moved to Israel 3 years ago and was forced to join HOT because this was the SIM card that the government provided on arrival. I have never experienced such an unprofessional mobile phone company, with a total lack of commitment and service to their customers!! Do not join under any circumstances.

. The mobile network is really shitty , internet connection is absent half of the time I travel in Israel or stay at one place without wifi. it was much simpler when I paid 60 per month not get a deduction 200 ils for I don't know what , and the support attitude in general sucks, like when I call the support to try and clarify this mess ( they don't call you back , just say they would ) the operator switches me to other department...and I get to some random private number! I moved to Partner

I finally discontinued my relation with Hot Mobile and moved over to Partner. Let me say it is a difference between night and day in regard to attitude class and professionalism (last time I was in their offices in shouth tel aviv the "Sales people" were exchanging loud joked with each other as cuatomers were waiting for their turn, when I commented they answered with dont take life so seriously. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Charged over $100 AFTER the service been canceled

I'd give it a 0 if I could. I canceled the service because i've been having so many issues with them. Asked them to confirm that it's been canceled AND that there will be no more charges. They confirmed in chat that there will be no further charges and charged me over $110 after. No way to contact them, as my number is now canceled. I had problems with their Customer Service for months! takes days to get a hold of them.

I used their service for several years, but when I decided to leave and wrote them a letter asking them to stop my service (I have the right to do this by law), they continue to charge me money for the second month in a row. Well, I’ll sue them since these as**oles don’t understand

No customer service

No customer service, had a sales agent blatantly scream at me for not speaking good hebrew, i ordered a phone and cancelled it because they lied about arrival date and i had to find out the problem, now the phones arriving after i cancelled it and they want me to deliver it to them even though i was promised it was cancelled, with customee service agent ronit screaming at me om top of her lungs, highly reccomend looking for service elswwhwre

This company has no ethic

This company has no ethic. I subscribed without knowing that a year later, the price will double. You can't talk to any manager and they do not care about they customers. I strongly advise to choose another provider. Their customer service is awful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It is nearly impossible to cancel an account with this disgrace of a company. They left me on hold for no good reason, they don't understand what the word "no"means and it is the first and hopefully last time that I finish a call with a customer service agent in tears because they will not help me. Don't sign up.

These guys just switch your mobile plan that will cost double what you paid before without giving a sh_t if their customers are aware of it. the support is the worst I have ever experienced. I'm not sure why those ppl even go to work in a support team if they can't care less. I asked for a manager and they kept saying they're all managers so they literally mock the clients. I did not mention you have to wait for their chat answer every time, so they answer once in 30 min. I told them they just lost the client and I was leaving for a different mobile operator and they absolutely did not care and wished me - laila tov.
My husband had the same experience with their support over the phone in the past when they laughed at his accent when he actually talked to them in Hebrew in their language. An absolutely ridiculous company

As a customer of Hot Mobile

As a customer of Hot Mobile, I must say that my experience with their services has been highly disappointing. From the moment I signed up, I encountered numerous issues that were never adequately resolved. The network coverage was unreliable, with frequent dropped calls and poor signal strength, even in urban areas. The customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Additionally, the billing system was a nightmare, with incorrect charges and confusing invoices that were nearly impossible to comprehend. Overall, my time with Hot Mobile has been a frustrating and regrettable experience. I would strongly advise against choosing them as your mobile service provider.

No SMS messages to activate services

Not possible to have online services because everything depends on receiving a SMS message for user validation, and now after several days trying these messages are never being delivered. So, completely stuck and limited to waiting in phone queue for hours.
