Avoid at All Costs – Took My Money and Disappeared
I placed a fairly large order with this company, and they claimed to have shipped it. However, the package was lost in transit, and despite repeated attempts to reach out to them, they never responded.
USPS requires the sender to file a claim, which means I’ve been completely stuck with no way to recover my money or the product. It would have been easy for them to step in and help, but instead, they chose to ignore me entirely.
Extremely disappointing experience - I would strongly advise others to stay away. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own.
