Terrible Customer Support and Terrible Service
I have never been able to complete a booking.
I have been trying to redeem **15,400 Flying Blue miles** for a hotel booking that costs **€0.00** (fully paid with miles). Every booking attempt fails with a technical error referring to a payment issue.
The problem is not the technical error itself—technical issues happen. The problem is that after **four email exchanges**, support continues to send the exact same generic response telling me to "try a different payment method."
There is **no payment method** involved in my booking. It is fully paid with miles, so there is nothing to change.
In every email I explained this clearly, provided screenshots showing the booking total is €0.00, and confirmed that I had already tried different browsers, devices, cleared my cache and cookies, logged in again, and attempted the booking multiple times.
None of this has been acknowledged. It genuinely feels like my emails are not being read before a template response is sent.
I have now submitted formal complaints to both Flying Blue and Revolut, as I transferred my points specifically for this redemption and am currently unable to use them because of what appears to be a technical issue that no one is willing to investigate.
I hope this review encourages the company to properly review customer cases instead of repeatedly sending generic responses.
