Booked a hotel with free cancellation…
Booked a hotel with free cancellation and when I received my booking confirmation, the booking said there was a 30% cancellation fee. Had a screenshot of the booking that said free cancellation but the company still didn’t accept the booking was free cancellation and are refusing to refund the full amount

The hotel needs to change all the mattresses and pillows. The mattress in my room was all irregular and bumpy. My body ache and could not sleep properly any night . The ubication is excellent but they need to care more about the beds . If you are in your 40’s or 50’s do not come here .
