Excellent customer communication! They helped us to make a change in the booking when we suddenly had to leave one day early. They arranged everything with the hotel front desk so we could check out and reimbursed us for the last night of the stay we originally booked. Searching last minute for 3 affordable rooms during the T&L exhibition in Munich would have been a mission impossible without Hotelli. Although I was a little sceptic at first, the end result is absolutely perfect. The hotel met all our requirement and expectations. A really fair price and good communication with Hotelli. I would recomment though to pay a little more attention to professionalize their website, e-mail footer and offer/ invoice. Could be benificial to attract more clients.
